I bought 2 dresses One was completely the wrong one and the other was nothing like the picture The pattern was even different The quality of both is a joke I had to buy these urgently for a wedding but I will never ever purchase from this shop again I feel ashamed that I contributed to the fast fashion industry and fell for their marketing The invoice wasn t included in the packages either so it s going to waste even more of my time trying to return them

Do not buy next day delivery On all three occasions since buying the service it has not been fulfilled I was told it had to be ordered before 1pm for next day delivery - I did this on two occasions neither arrived next day I assumed if I order after 1pm it would come the following day not next day order Monday after 1pm - expected Wednesday as per their estimated delivery but I was waiting over a week Having talked to PLT online they refuse to give a refund for the service even though the service is not as advertised and has not been provided

FILTHY DIRTY USED CLOTHES

My daughter just received a dress for a wedding next week I opened it to send photos to her It s beyond disgusting One strap torn off A grease stain right on front The entire hem covered in mud The back stained from whatever person was sitting on and various food and drink stains all over Who is responsible for looking at these returns and sending them out to the next customer Beyond disgusting and l have no words for the dirty person who would return something in this state

Don t trust Express Delivery

I paid for express delivery for one year Waste of money Delivery is supposed to take up to 2 working days but it has already been 4 days and my parcel has just been received by the couriers I ll be waiting another 1-2 days for delivery now Don t expect to receive your order on time I ll be sending everything back because I don t need any of it anymore

Ordered a jacket from plt end of January after 2 weeks when it didn t arrive I checked email and tracked it and said it was delivered it wasn t contacted plt and basically they said cause I left it too long to query there was nothing they could do as courier said was delivered we have been home last 2 months so would have seen or heard van outside as we live in the sticks

Package just never arrived No agents available through chat no response on social media Ordered nearly a month ago There seems to be an issue with deliveries to Ireland so best to avoid until that is solved

PLT keeps on sending me invalid

PLT keeps on sending me invalid discount code which I cannot redeem Their customer service first said I cannot redeem it because I am subscribed to royalty so you get punished if you subscribe l when I said I tried the code under other account and it doesn t work they said it is because this code is linked to my account So they are intentionally sending me an invalid code What a waste of time and no common sense
