I m reading all the reviews and I m wondering if I just got lucky I have ordered from this company 2 times Both shipments were about 200 of merchandise All my clothes fit to perfect and I m a US size 22-24 The quality was better than any other clothing store I have purchased from online like Ashley Stewart ect I bought 3 maxi dresses that fit to the T I m 5 9 and the dresses hit to my ankle It s very hard for me to find maxi dresses that are actually a maxi on me

PLT is literally one of my favorite international clothing brands They always have something I like There may be a mishap with an order like sizing or something just not suiting me at all the returning process is never a hassle You get a FULL refund and you ll get it in an appropriate time frame I loved everything I got in my last package as well

I love PLT They are my new go-to online store along with H M I live in Hawai i and kind of expected the shipping to take a long time BUT it came faster than most of my other packages I was so surprised but in a good way I have ordered only rompers so far and they fit nicely but one pair was a little long so I cut yep the bottoms and they look great The quality is great and now I have ordered some shirts and pants as well

Contacted Pretty Little Thing this evening as I had a return that I had to query as looked like I was about to receive the wrong amount and only receive a refund for two items instead of the 3 I sent back Really fast response by instant messenger and brilliant agent Abby B checked for me immediately and resolved within seconds with no fuss and great customer service Love Pretty Little thing and their customer service is excellent

I ve only ordered earrings from PLT and I ve been very happy with my purchases Very quick delivery However I have heard to be buyer beware when it comes to their clothing so I will not purchase their clothing My gf ordered clothing from PLT She ordered small sizes and when she got the dresses the sizes they sent her would of fit a smurf yikes

I had an issue and turns out it was solved when trying to check out My card kept being denied saying it was prepaid when it really isn t however I went through Apple Pay It was still kind of an issue until it was really resolved I have ordered before and not ever had issues with clothes I really like the items and thanks to Emma Laura with customer service
