EMILY YOU REPLIED TO MY REVIEW ASKING ME TO EMAIL RYAN RYAN WAS THE ONE WHO INITIALLY RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINTS ALONG WITH TONY THE COMBINATION OF THE TWO MADE MY EXPERIENCE MUCH WORSE BECAUSE THEY ARE AS USELESS AS A ROOT ROTTED PLANT YOU SEND OUT TO PAYING CUSTOMERS CHECK MY EMAILS FOR ORDER PR 19847THE PLANTS I COMPLAINED ABOUT ARE NOT DOING WELL HMMM I WONDER WHY COULD IT BE BECAUSE YOU SENT OUT ROOT ROTTED PLANTS

Disappointed

The plant was delivered on a broken pot which resulted that some soil was loose in the plastic wrap During the first week some black spots started appearing on the stems and leaves On week three the plant was covered in black spot Clearly the ZZ plant wasn t healthy in the first place To prevent the fungus spreading to the nearby plants we had to dispose the ZZ plant

SAM REPLIES TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT TAKES NO ACTION APPARENTLY MY COMPLAINTS WERE BEING LOOKED INTO WEEKS AGO I GUESS ITS HIS WAY OF MAKING IT LOOK LIKE HE IS ACTIVELY RESPONDING WHEN IN FACT ALL CONCERNS AND SCAMS FROM THIS COMPANY SELLING DAMAGED UNHEALTHY PLANTS ARE BEING ALLOWED TIME TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS

Mealybug Infestation from plants brought

First time I ordered everything was fine but the second time the Orbifolia and Rose Painted Prayer Plant arrived with suspicious holes in some leaves but as I had to previously brought under their other trading name Gardener s Dream with no problem I trusted the plants were bug free How wrong was I Both had mealy bugs The infestation on the Orbifolia wasn t caught in time and the poor plant died rapidly The other is recovering But I spent more on pest treatment and new compost than the value of the one survivor Really unhappy

No care for the plants

Plant was nice but packaged up in an air tight plastic bag doesn t seem like this company cares about plants at all Will not buy from here again

I had a disappointing experience with

I had a disappointing experience with Prickle After receiving my order I found that the items were not as described with a yucca plant that was much larger than expected and snake plant leaves that were damaged whilst both pots were smashed When I reached out to customer service I was offered a meager 30 refund for the damaged pots and advised to repot the items myself Despite refusing this resolution and stating that not only were the pots damaged but the plants were also unfit for their intended purpose they continued to offer the same discount without any alternative return option They even mentioned that many of their customers would be happy receiving incorrect-sized items which I found puzzling The explanation for the damaged leaves was equally unsatisfactory claiming they were merely cosmetic and wouldn t affect the plants growth However I expected better quality from a retailer especially since their images show no blemishes at all When I requested a fair resolution that included covering return shipping costs due to the poor state of the items their response was unhelpful and dismissive They insisted I return the plants at my own expense which I find unreasonable especially given that the larger plant arrived in a nearly 9-foot box far larger than the stated size variant wound ve needed to be Overall I felt undervalued as a customer and dissatisfied with how my concerns were handled I cannot recommend Prickle based on this experience and I will not be ordering from them again

Poorly packaged poor quality plants

Poorly packaged Most expensive plants were in a poor condition I won t buy from you again

Not ideal

Ordered 3 small plants and 3 small pots 2 plants and 3 pots arrived- no email to say that the 1 plant was refunded so ended up with an unnecessary pot The two plants that did arrive 1 is withered and dead and the other is snapped at the root Still awaiting a response from Prickle Plants So disaapointed

Plant dead within 6 weeks

First upright elephant ear arrived damaged Quickly replaced by a 12 stem plant but it was very wet on arrival I let it settle in and one by one the leaves fell away until there were 2 I notified the company who basically said as it arrived healthy there was nothing they could do I agree with this to some extent but it was only a matter of weeks before the plant lost 60 of its leaves and then a couple more weeks and 90 had gone I did explain that I have many house plants and I care for them 35 later and I don t have a plant to show for it The issue is that in some cases these plants are watered heavily for transit They are then sodden and die I m disappointed with the lack of care re this There are plenty of other online sellers
