I ordered baby plants bundle two of them are thriving and 3rd one arrived with spider web brown cuts spots on the leaves and no matter what I do that plant requires it wont comeback to life Its like between life and death and its been almost 2 months

I never received my order But the customer service I received was very helpful despite this They communicated with me through every stage of organising a replacement order to be sent out Unfortunately one of the plants had gone out of stock so they gave me a list of all the available options for me to choose from Any one of them would have been good but I choose a refund so I could place a new order with a different plant and this refund was processed really quickly Only 3 starts as the order was unsuccessful but hopefully all going well with my next order I can give 5stars

The plants are lovely and I had a really nice conversation with a gentleman via email but many of the plants I wanted were out of stock which was frustrating as it didn t show online When I then emailed back with another 2 plants I will have instead they were out of stock also

I felt that the quality of calathes delivered was sub standard I could see few insects crawling in the potting mix There were no care instructions for the other plant Chinese evergreen

I ordered 2 beautiful potted flowers that were absolutely perfect so I m very happy as they were a gift Unfortunately 2 out of 3 of the little plants I ordered for my own home were damaged Reporting the issue and communicating with the customer service was easy and went smoothly which I very much appreciate They sent me a replacement of the 2 plants but they arrived damaged and completely dry which was very disappointing so I requested a refund All in all I ll give 3 5

The plants are lovely My original order was lost in transit and once I had made contact a satisfactory solution was offered However I had to make contact initially which makes me wonder if the team would have sent a replacement order if I hadn t Nevertheless I would order from here again as the lil prickles make lovely gifts

Unfortunately my order never arrived I emailed customer service and didn t get a response Update- sent a screen shot of my original email and got a speedy response from customer service I believe my order has been put in a neighbours shed house no longer vacant no fault of prickles or my own Hopefully I can rescue the plant when I return home

So far I m not impressed I received 2 plants yesterday fiddle leaf fig and African milk tree and both were damaged in transit The top leaves of the fig were ripped and squashed and also looked like they were diseased or damaged by the wrong temperature with a dark marbling The African milk tree which I was most excited about was also damaged from being stored or transported top down despite the box saying which way up to carry it The top of the stalks were crushed and most of the leaflets were dry and damaged I m waiting to hear if they ll resolve this but think it ll involve me posting them back at my expense So I m annoyed If they d been packaged and transported better this could have been avoided Edited to add this was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction I decided against a replacement until there is better care taken in transit better packaging If I read on their website that the packaging courier experience has been improved I won t risk it

The plants were left out side of our apartment building doors without letting us know The banana plant I ordered was badly damaged and had spider in it Also one of the plants arrived upside down in the box not sure if it s unpocpose

The plants were pretty squished in the box They were also laid flat so the soil was spilled even though they wrapped each with a plastic bag The plants looked distressed It s been about a week and now they finally looked a bit better One of them barely had any soil left in the pot and the roots were grabbing on for dear life The venus flytrap plant was a bit smaller than I anticipated from the website description It s been a bit more than a week and it still looks half-dead from the delivery I had ordered plants online from their competitor before and they packaged the plants upright They were bigger plants too but they arrived fine and perky So I was surprised by how the plants arrived
