It s a lovely plant and a very good price but not actually grown by Prickle Plants but by the Gardener s Dream nursery I ve bought direct from this nursery before and just as before this beautiful houseplant was badly packed which meant some leaves were broken and all were squished It has taken a week of tlc to revive it and it s finally beginning to look better Prickle showcases a wonderful range of house plants - really stunning -but had I realised who their supplier was I probably would have passed given previous disappointment Using boxes that don t squash delicate plants while still keeping them secure doesn t seem an issue for other suppliers

The website is very detailed and Informative I received the plants but the packaging was not the best the leaves were broken and soil very dry and not in the plant pot Not certain of I d purchase again I cannot remember delivery date but it was in October tried to put review on website but couldn t The plants have started to settle after the trauma of the bad delivery and packing Clearly one plant had out rooted the pit as the dry roots were poking through the bottom of the pot I ordered 3 lillte plants not impressed

I had bought plants in September I was really happy with how they all looked I kept them in the original plant mix then one of the plants fiery ripple dropped its leaves and rotted even the roots were rotted When it started to look unwell I emailed them no response I tried again and again no reply my other plants are good but am upset this one has just rotted and wonder if the plant was not good when I had it first as the leaves were dry I watered with rain water for 10 mins it stood then let it drain and didn t water for 10 days approximately any way I m in happy you ve ignored me I m reluctant to buy off you again

I placed an order for a plant and pot cover really not expecting it to be delivered until after the holidays however it was dispatched very quickly and was out for delivery with DX the next day Christmas Eve I received notification of a two hour time slot from DX however half way through the allotted time I received another email to say they could not deliver my parcel they had left me a card they hadn t been to the property so I had no card and told me to rearrange As I had had problems with delivery of 3 scheduled DX in the preceding 2 weeks I was concerned and contacted Prickles They replied within a few hours to tell me it had been delivered attaching a photo of someone else s door adding to my concern as they said this was POD I then spent the evening of Christmas Eve contacting neighbours to see if anyone had it they didn t On the 27th December DX delivered two slightly battered boxes plant and pot the pot was well wrapped in bubble wrap so was ok the plant had dropped a number of leaves into the box with a couple more turning brown too All in all not the best experience I ve had shopping for plants online mainly due to delivery issues

Loved my plants and great service but a couple of the babies lil ones are a wee bit poorly but hope they make it Larger plants are gorgeous and look amazing

I ordered a small indoor olive tree waited around a week for it to be delivered It arrived with its root ball absolutely sodden and so heavy Leaves were also starting to drop off and the leaves looked really brittle I really need some advice of what to do After messaging them three times on instagram and commenting on one of their public posts with no response thought I d write them a review of their non existent customer service

Wasn t particularly impressed with the quality of the plants or how they arrived I ordered two plants one arrived with lots of stems chopped off it looked nothing like the healthy plant shown on the website The other arrived with the roots completely fallen out of the soil I ve ordered from other plant companies before and not had these problems I d recommend just buying supermarket plants to be honest at least you can see what you re getting

Received quickly and reasonably well outer packaged The plants could if been wrapped better inside 1 plant the leaves were squashed and when removed from box looked tatty Just hoping it picks up soon

The plant came quickly but most of the leaves were damaged which was disappointing as it wasn t the cheapest to buy

Thank you for the fast delivery but I am slightly disappointed with the plant itself The main stems were almost torn off from the bulbs two branches were lying separately and could not be restored But the worst thing was that some leaves were covered in cobwebs and on one leaf there was a nest with insects I treated the leaves and quarantined them in the greenhouse We will see in a week how the plant with frostbitten leaves copes with stress I am not asking for a refund this is not the money to worry about but it is a pity that the joy of buying a favorite plant is overshadowed by its low quality Moreover parasites can infect other plants
