I bought a money tree Small one 18 There is fault on it it s got a spongy stem trunk whatever you want to call it After a few emails and photos I can remove fault by cutting it out If I d bought it from a shop I would take it back ill keep it and try to save it For the sake of 18 and customer relations I was half expecting a replacement

I ordered four houseplants three arrived in good condition but the fourth had mealy bugs When I sent a photo and requested a refund I didn t receive an apology but was instead advised to spray some soapy water on the leaves I responded to say I still wasn t happy and would like a refund and that I wouldn t have purchased the plant in a physical store if I d seen it had a pest They then said I could return the plant for a refund but that I would need to pay for postage I replied saying I didn t think it was fair to ask the customer to pay to return what is essentially a faulty item and that I d like them to cover the cost of postage if I provide a receipt This is when they stopped responding and I haven t heard anything since despite chasing For houseplants I d recommend going with one of their competitors they might be slightly more expensive but I ve never had any issues with pests and when I have required a refund for another reason they ve actioned this without question Would be one star if it wasn t for the other three plants I received seeming okay so far

Only one plant has survived shipping peace lily looking lovely but the other all leaves had wilted and gone brown within a week

Plant was very small but in perfect condition Pot shown in picture was a lovely ceramic looking pot Pot received was pink plastic pot Shame as not as nice as expected Bit underwhelming for the price paid

My plant was delivered in a box that was too small as a result a number of leaves were cracked and damaged I emailed my concerns with attached photographs but have received no response Poor customer experience

When something goes wrong this is not a great company to deal with due to lack of ways to communicate with them A customer call line would be more effective than trying to deal with the issue by email and or social media

Plant was nice but no information on it or how to care for it and no obvious way to gift something from what I could see Competitors do both so I probably wouldn t go with Prickle again

I was disappointed that I couldn t add something to my order straight after ordering as most companies would have done easily Then only half my order arrived I emailed them twice and they have processed a refund but it wasn t really worth the stress

I stupidly did not quarantine the croton plant I bought from Prickle Plants only to discover not long afterwards that it was absolutely covered in thrips which by the time I had realised had made it to several other of my plants three of which I ve had to throw away and one I m desperately trying to save I emailed requesting a refund and was asked for photos of the infestation The plant was long gone into the bin by that point as my last concern was taking pictures- I just wanted to get rid of the plant and the pests as quickly as possible No response from Prickle Plants since despite responding over 2 weeks ago

Plants arrived a day later than anticipated one didn t look too healthy either Emailed Prickle but still no response so I wouldn t use again or recommend - I ll go back to Patch Plants
