Absolutely appalling

Had to argue with them to change the flight dates and got a lesser hotel to begin with Then our flight set off from Rome with with and had to be returned I ve given all the information and evidence with receipts To Prime Holidays and all they came back with was with there have said that your flight boarded Yes it did and took off but returned back We were told we would get 250 compensation and the cost of hotel and flights and food extractor by Wizz Air This had to be done through the original booking agent who are clearly ignoring my emails now I m out nearly 1000 avoid this company or costs

Oh my god terrible Scam scam Just used a Wowcher for a trip to Rome The whole thing has now cost us 900 as we got told it was an indirect flight so another 110 on top of Wowcher code Hotel got changed to an awful hotel miles away from centre Another 80 on taxi to get to hotel from station The room ripped curtains Yuk Had to pay 250 to get home a night early as we just couldn t stay there any longer I m claiming through Wowcher and now will be emailing prime and taking them to small claims court I m devastated Stay away On behalf of Stuart Nash

My husband bought x2 2 night trips to Amsterdam as a gift for Xmas on 5pm co uk says in the emails prime holiday would be in touch within 48 hours of purchase They were not I had to chase them After several calls now added 140 onto of the original 440 voucher cost for suitable flights Offered me indirect flights via Munich for the voucher cost at ridiculous times SCAM Would have been cheaper and ALOT EASIER booking via a reputable company Avoid

AVOID AVOID This is the same company as Prime who are also Wowcher SEE BELOW they use the same Whats Ap number I recently sent this please see further the reply this is a real serious scam how on earth is it being overlooked Subject Illegal activity Date Feb 11 2025 at 12 35 PMOn Saturday the 8th February 2025 I purchased a voucher number order number 49185761 I can see from the Internet you may already be aware of your relations with this activity and as I am 4 days in from this purchase I have taken advice and requesting Wowcher who sold me this productand whom I paid to reimburse my purchase in full with immediate effect direct to the payment method used This was for a break away for 4 nights inc Hotel and flight I then get a phone call with my suggested flight details which were Departing 21 05 the first night getting me there at midnight and returning 5 30am on the 3rd day so clearly not much of a break I would be shattered due to the flights On checking these flights there are no such flights I declined and requested reimbursement I put it to you that everyone purchasing these breaks are followed up with exactly the same conversation from Prime suggesting ridiculous flight times in order the customer would decline and ask for alternative options In my case Prime actually stated I would have to pay for changing my flights as it states in the small print however I am not changing my flights as I hadn t actual agreed to any I consider this to be very shady practise and of course will be sharing this with Trading Standards I have been bombarded with phone calls trying to get me to take alternate flights at a cost of an additional 120 Only yesterday it had risen by a further 60 and taking me to Milan which is 3hours away from the hotel Missing the first overnight stay Having tried to converse with Both Wowcher and Prime holidays which are both on the same whats Ap number 007917171746 Call centre in Sri Lanka 38 messages and 10 phone calls to date between us and I cant get anyone to converse with me in relation to my reimbursement I can now see Wowcher and Prime holidays that this is an historical activity Prime holidays travel now Holidays have been banned on Trust pilot for putting there own fake reviews on so they have changed their name and the cycle begins until they get caught again On Wed 12 Feb 2025 at 23 30 I received at 5 30pm ENLISH TIME BOOKINGS Prime Holidays wrote Dear Customer Greetings from Prime HolidaysFirstly please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you We would like to offer you the holiday as per the deal Please find the details below Outbound FlightLondon Stansted to Milan Bergamo 3 hours away from destination 10th Mar 202506 10 - 09 00 Inbound Flight 3 hours to Airport Milan Bergamo to London Stansted14th Mar 202523 15 - 00 20Accommodation Hotel Riel Breakfast Included for the Whole Stay Additional Cost - 189 in total Single Person Supplement Amin Charge Only We would like to inform you that Flights and Hotel availability are dynamic in nature the price and availability change frequently Only a few seats are left We await your response and get this resolved for you at the earliest Please feel free to let us know if you re interested in exploring other destinations or adjusting your travel dates We re here to assist you in finding the most suitable options and ensuring a seamless travel experience Thank you for considering these possibilities and we look forward to assisting you further Kind regards JohnCustomer Support Manager124 City RoadLondonEC1V 2NXT 020 3468 4756E booking prime-holidays

Scammers Holiday deal advertised does not exist

I have not been anywhere for 10 years as am disabled and very ill I bought a 2 night break to Portugal for myself my carer and kids 1 being a 1 year old I paid for 7 of this deal and when I got an email with the options they were asking for 119 more per person The deal I have bought they later confirmed does not exist I asked for my money back and still no refund has been given and they are asking me to go to wowcher for my money back When I contact wowcher they are telling me to contact prime holiday to sort it out To think that there is a company with no morals out there scamming people like this including vulnerable disabled people is unbelievable The holiday they have advertised does not exit it s all a scam I have contacted rip off Britain and the news online to share my story how I ended up in hospital because of anxiety and stress this has caused me

Terrible experience in Rome

Terrible experience in Rome bought a voucher from Wowcher redeemed it to only find there was split flights and the hotel advertised was not available abc I only get 48 hours to redeem What a rip off the hotel was horrendous and know where near any attractions The tube was awful and felt vulnerable walking around the area of hotel Streets were disgusting so with everything combined we got an early flight home They added a further 108 onto our flight total so we went ahead as by that time we d already redeemed the voucher Little did we know how bad the hotel would be Avoid avoid

Awful experience booked the flight and hotel package on Wowcher for specific dates Once I got the codes to send to prime holidays they said there was no availability for the dates I selected which I paid 340 for and then suggested other dates but then wanted an additional 300 Avoid avoid avoid

Very disappointed and upset Booked a discounted 3 night city break Redeemed voucher then was offered alternative month of travel inferior apartment or out of centre hotel and flights with a long stopover When trying to get what the voucher stated was given surcharges of 100 extra each and still not getting what I d booked I can book the flights and hotels for 200 less than the price they want to charge Requested refund and they are ignoring me Terrible customer service

Booked a two night holiday with Wowcher Had to redeem within 48 hours with the merchant upon doing so was offered terrible flights actually missing a whole day night Wowcher and prime holidays are refusing to help or refund I asked for a refund within 5 days all being refused and they actually charged me an extra 104 to change the return flight which was a 5 hour stop over all of this for a city break It s really not worth loosing your money they are terrible I wish I could warn everyone about these scam companies Definitely stay away from PRIME HOLIDAYS Awful
