In 4 months connection dropped 3 times during work week When cancelled got charges of 100 plus other equipment handling fees for 20 plus prorated amounts BAD PRIVIDER - SCAMS YOU TO CANCEL Stay away

Don t Order Primus Service
Whatever you do don t order Primus We have had nothing but problems Last August we cancelled before the equipment got here or a serviceperson They said they would dissolve the money owing that was stated on our bill The amount was 52 62 Eventually some money came off but here it is and I received another statement now saying we owe 1 46 This is months after they assured us that we wouldn t have to pay for anything Good Lord

Yet again PRIMUS failing to deliver outages from 3am till 5am almost EVERY night pay for 500mbs download and only get 100mbs that s called STEALING no compensation highway robbery this is a data company that prays on the old and or non suspecting customers DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME hands down the worst service I have seen in a long long time 0 stars if I could

Very bad experience you will get a big bill even if you have cancelled their services very poor internet connection and sometimes it goes hard down for 2 hours I received an email today from their collections STAY AWAY from PRIMUS they are nothing other than scammers

Primus Canada email down for 4 days
Primus Canada email service has been down since late Sunday August 11 It is now 4 days later and still no email service Their website is very cryptic about this saying only that they know of the problem working on it and hope to get something soon Have you ever tried to run a business without email for 4 days Might as well close up shop Worst customer support ever Stay very far away from Primus

I ve been fighting back and forth with primus for three weeks now to get a technician out to fix my internet connection issues I keep getting told they will but they haven t They are now refusing to send one out spent over three and half hours on the phone and they hung up on me and has even refused me to speak with a supervisor

If you need internet fast get it somewhere else
If you need internet fast or even internet within a month do not choose Primus It has been weeks since I have ordered internet they have not even bothered to email phone text They are apologetic on the phone but calling them will only get you promises of action with no actually action I have opened a support ticket and they have not even bothered to respond to it Why advertise services if your customers need to beg you for these services

Been a customer for 20 years Cancelled my internet but not my email because it was just getting worse and worse and couldn t get ANY support to speak of Then they accidentally cancelled my email at same time so I lost invaluable information and contacts that took years to accumulate Did they do anything about it NO I had to call and call and call and escalate the reconnection Now my desktop won t sync with webmail and they basically say that s not their problem Really How insensitive

Loyalty means nothing to Primus
Was a Primus customer for 14 years for internet fiber optics We were paying 124 a month Recently we had an offer of 49 99 tax for internet I checked Primus website and they were offering 59 99 tax so I called them Was told this was for new customers only and best they could do was take 20 a month off bill I told them I would likely cancel but was assured they could do nothing else So we signed up for the other service which we ve had for a week all good I called Primus today to cancel and was told the bill due Sept 18th for 124 was due and payable because they re not charging us a cancellation fee I was also magically offered the 59 99 internet fee if I wanted to keep them I told them they had their chance to offer this a week ago so no thanks When told we still had to pay the 124 due Sept 18th I was disgusted and told them to cancel immediately no credits nothing offered cause they re not charging a cancellation fee What do you expect for being a 14 year customer Shame on you Primus loyalty means zero to you and you only care about money Surprise surprise
