I made an order on ProduceShop 26 9 and it was supposed to arrive in about 10 days and today after 30 days it didn t arrive yet Tracking is saying that was delivered on 14 10 Not delivered to me Where s my product 300

don t buy here dishonest behaviour

the product arrived deborah twin Kokoontaitettava vuodesohva but it s not as described in the customer review section on the produceshop website where the product is rated 4 7 5 stars It s too uncomfortable too thin that I had to place another mattress on top to be able to sleep there Half of the bed has no support when extended so it flexes down to the floor the fabric looks cheap and metallic parts are just painted Now how is this 4 7 stars I wrote a review on the produceshop website and the automatic answer was your review will be published after being approved by us Off course they won t publish the truth That s how the sofa is rated 4 7 stars This sofa is rubbish and they are not honest with their clients About the delivery I had similar experience as other comments here in trustpilot Once the order was placed there was absolutely no more communication from produceshop On my own I was able to find the company that delivers here in Finland and after a few exchange of emails someone was able to tell me when the product should arrive It took 17 days to arrive from the day I placed the order

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company Before u consider try to find how to contacts them Yes A web form exists but not working if using a negative subject 4 them Finally u get a contact with only a first name and 1st letter of family name no title at all Then they dont admit product is wrong After a highlighted pictures they Finally admit okay Then U need to tell the Story Why I cant use it When They accept the reason then starts discussion inside the company and quietness After a proposal of 50 refund end of communication DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NEVER

Unbeliavable bad customer experience Worst ever I bought four sunbeds and one of them was damaged durin shipping Two other sunbed had missing parts The price that I paid included shipping When I complained whit pictures of damaged products they obligated me to pay return of broken products Even I have nothing to do brokening of products If I return the products in my expence they would evaluate possible compensation If I had done so I might have lost my money and broken products I never buy anytjing from Produce shop Avoid Produce Shop

SCAM

Product stopped working after few times I ve used it I ve sent multiple warranty related emails but unable to get repairs or even instructions By the law they should be providing 2 year warranty and it was only used for an year In the end they do not answer It s been weeks and I have not received any assistance from them to the matter I though I was making an order from Europe but they are situated in Switzerland the consumer laws are very poor there This is the result

I bought a table for my job which is nail design and polishing nail and due to the problem that the table had based on the instruction inside the box some part of the table must have 4 holes for screws but there are just 2 signs instead of 4 holes so if I wanted to assemble the table it was not possible I lost many customers as my table was not ready and I had to cancel their booked time and it lead to 700 euro loss in my service saling and also those customers unfollowed my working page on Instagram I have searched a lot for contact number email or whatever way to inform you about this problem but your website does not work properly support produceshop info and the section for problem with this order did not work at alllll honestly I am so unsatisfied
