Easy to build good quality product

The shed came well packed and on a pallet meaning I could leave it until I was ready to build without risk of weather damaging it Arrived on date with good tracking Instructions were easy to follow and shed was easy to build with good quality pieces Abbie from project timber was helpful with a follow up call to check that everything went well Overall very happy with the product and service

Sorry for the delay in submitting this review We just wanted to say a massive thanks to both James and Kayleigh who were both very helpful n knowledgeable in there product James was excellent in the sales side of things explaining what we needed to meet our requirements and was always in hand to answer any queries There were a few product problems which were passed to Kayleigh who was truly exceptional and sorted these out in a very expedient manner Both James and Kayleigh are a credit to your company and because of them I would have no hesitation in recommending your product to any friends and family

Excellent customer service and support I changed my mind about optional extras when ordering a summerhouse I contacted projecttimber and was able to amend my order very easily and received a refund straightaway Next I had an issue while building the summerhouse and requested replacement of a broken glass door This was shipped immediately and was delivered within a couple of days Very helpful and friendly company to deal with I then recommended this company to a colleague who was looking to purchase a summerhouse both they and I found the prices to be extremely competitive Definitely would recommend again to anyone

My Den Garden Pod AMAZING

I needed a garden room to move my office into I purchased the My Den Garden Pod So easy to select the options and make payment there was a slight delay in my preferred delivery date but they were quick to sort an alternative date for me so I only had to wait a couple of days extra but it is so worth it and they have been really helpful Delivery driver was fantastic and really knowledgeable about the product Customer service agents have been outstanding I would highly recommend project timber
