I have worked along side Prosperity for the last 8 years I have personally purchased 3 apartments via their developments I have also marketed many of these apartments to other clients I have also been involved in some of their development equity investments As with any development there can be delays but I have always found their representatives from management administration and on the sales side very supportive They will always respond to your questions and provide answers I have read through some of the lesser rated reviews on here and amazed at how the feedback has varied Service charges have increased on the developments but that is not controlled by the developer post completion There are associated costs of holding investment property I expect in some cases the buyers have not been informed sufficiently by their advisers I do recommend Joe Sue John and the team at Prosperity based on my experiences that I have personally received Happy investing
