Been little over a week since key handover my new finished property had some left over dust nothing a bit of wipe down didn t resolve Other than that had a positive experience as I was asked to leave feedback review my only feedback would be to have stronger communication at the end of the process as I was left days not knowing when I would officially complete

Must say very impressed once keys were received for my new Birmingham Apartment Very professional hand over given I would like to feedback the 3rd party company Lamont prosperity s recommendation a bit time consuming when responding to clients but can t really moan as my apartment was tenanted 3 days after completion Operations team very client service orientated

Had one point of contact for all enquiries Julian Gordon I must say he is very effective at getting things done in a timely manner and has always been their to anwser my calls now let s hope Severn Street turns out first class like Julian Theirs been a delay hence the 4 stars but the increase in property prices in the area has sure made this investment worth while

Had a great tour with Julian of Prosperity of the Birmingham regeneration I m pleased to learn that Birmingham is moving with the times and becoming a real 2nd city With this being said I can see the capital appreciation of my apartment just purchased at One BHM being a sure thing I would like to add their most recent development at B1 looks amazing Highly recommend to friends
