Not bad for first experience with PSD

The Grundfos pump I ordered arrived very quickly The extra 17 50 for delivery to the Highlands is not appreciated whilst I know that DPD are one of the delivery firms that add an extra charge for sending north of the Arctic Circle not all do However PSD were still the cheapest supplier even with the extra delivery cost so all credit there 4 stars because one item was not in the delivery when it arrived despite it being on the despatch note I called within a couple of minutes of receiving the package and PSD were very quick to send out the missing item so I would be confident in future that any stock-picking errors etc would also be quickly resolved without any quibbles

Delivered on time and easy to fit time will tell if it s a good buy it s a bit noisier than the last pump and motor but that was cast iron casing

The Booster pump arrived on time and it looks fine not yet installed though it was a bit disconcerting to find that the pump was wet with rusty looking water inside the inner plastic bag it was in ie not from getting wet in transit Perhaps it had been tested in the factory Thank you for your reply The pump is installed and working fine

Quick shipping and delivery Ordered Friday received Saturday Mark down is down to trying to find the same product I ordered last month description and their stock number changed so had to call Grundfos again to ask for their part number for the blank I required so I could order it

Bought a pump but I was given some wrong info about what pipes it could work with After speaking with the manufacturer this company acknowledged the error and made it right by sending out the right pipe and picking up the old pipe all for free you can t ask for more than that

Fast and efficient shipping and pumps at a good price although I wasn t aware there was a handling charge of 25 00 to be added on that i found once i received the sales invoice and it s a small shame the VAT couldn t be deducted before shipping to the channel islands but other than that it was a great service

The delivery was fine It is a pity the cylinder did not come with a bracket to secure it to the wall which my local plumber said was normal practice for pressure relieving cylinders
