Poor communication doesn t respond to emails unless prompted repeatedly incorrect lead times still have not received an item ordered pre- Christmas that was quoted at 3-4 day delivery date wont be using this firm again

Ordered a Blagdon oxygenator for my pond One of the pictures implied that air stones would be included as it showed the oxygenator working in a pond with air stones That was my error as the box contained only the oxygenator Asked for a prepaid label to return Told no as it was my fault I mentioned the image the manager commented that maybe I thought the stones and plants would also be included Sarcasm in action and not expected of a reputable company and certainly not the manager I asked for the label as a sign of goodwill as I have ordered from them before I was told no Not a great experience and as there are a number of other pond suppliers out there I will be using them from now on Disappointing

Further to my review on trust pilot today I have just been scrolling through the reviews here on trust pilot about this company Pump Sales Direct and it is fair to say that there is a lot of very good reviews about this company however if you do scroll through the numerous reviews you will see that any of the issues they have with customers are the same ones that I have had IE no confirmation email or Tracking details with the courier they use or refunds of the next day delivery that you can purchase and so it seems to me that the company need to look and address this as it can be solved Richard Glasgow

Payment made no delivery and no response
I placed an order 4 days ago with a promised delivery of 2-3 days Original confirmation advised another e mail would be sent on despatch After 3 days payment had been taken but no notice of despatch I tried the email address provided - no response After 4 days I called and only got voicemail When I eventually go to a person I called again - not anyone returning my call no-one could tell me straight away what the status of my order was Was promised a call back Still waiting What doesn t kill you makes you stronger but it doesn t make for a satisfying customer experience

Product arrived very quickly which is great But on opening the package the product was damaged Contacted customer support was sent a returns form I had to pay for the return myself now just waiting on the refund

Faulty pump
The pump was delivered promptly but it didn t work I bought another one locally and returned the faulty pump cost 18 20 requesting a refund I heard nothing for a month so phoned to find out what was happening I was told that the pump was being returned to the manufacturers for testing but heard no more for another month When I called again I was told that my card had been debited three days before but am still 18 20 out of pocket

The purchase was fine the price was fine but the courier delivering the item did not inform me that the item was out for delivery I had a card through the door asking me to select an alternative delivery day not only do I have to wait in all day to receive it I will loose a days pay being self employed this is very annoying The reference number on the card was badly hand written and took me several attempts to work out what it was before I could gain access to the re-deliver page
