Disappointing customer service

Ordered next day delivery and said they would let me know whether am or pm and then didn t Once the pump was in the courier s hands they effectively didn t want anything to do with the order When the courier didn t leave the delivery because they thought nobody was in they could have gone down the side passage to the garden to find the landscaper there they didn t offer to contact the courier again concerning re-delivery They had sounded very helpful on the phone when another supplier let me down but once they had my money they turned out not to be so Very disappointed

Messed up order

Placed order within minutes invoice arrived with 1 less part on it called and they told me couldn t do anything until I received the order As soon as incomplete order arrived phoned them but they couldn t send missing part because of stocktake Failed on 2 counts Would have expected to post missing part asap Won t use again

Great until there was an issue

Great until there was an issue I have a 5 month old pump in a septic tank that as failed allowing the tank to overflow and contaminated the other chambers and my garden Pump Sales Direct have told me I need to return the pump for inspection and they will replace it should it be found to be faulty and that I need to buy another one through the website should I need one in the meantime this is in a septic tank and the pump should be fitted and working constantly I will also incur a 180 cost to empty the contaminated tank which and I m told there in no compensation available for this Pretty poor service considering the pump is only 5 months old and can been seen fitted correctly in the video I ve sent over

Was promised delivery next day but

Was promised delivery next day but after ordering 2pumps and paying for them was told we would not get them till January cause your delivery company could not take them I had to sort my own delivery company and had to pay them myself Your guy was as useful as a handbrake on a canoe

Guaranteed next delivery did not occur due to your late delivery to Fedex

Next day guaranteed delivery on 16th January did not occur as Pump was not delivered to Fedex until 20 39 on 16th January This delay caused me to in incur a cost of 130 00 due to aborted visit my an engineer to instal pump

Total incompetence - Watch out Drop ship outfit

Goods ordered with deliver within 2-3 days Doesn t turn up No communication Then excuses about item not available Paid extra to get a different model next day Courier given incorrect address resulting in non delivery Contacted promising return call with info Don t get back to you Then get redelivery wrong Give wrong day and time Contacted courier myself to find whereabouts of item and delivery details Clearly not sent to address requested and promised for Saturday delivery due to merchant not having upgraded delivery Item still not received due to incompetence by staff Total shambles outfit

Let down by FedEx

I needed the pump urgently so I paid the 12 50 for next day delivery The problem came with FedEx who initially said they would deliver by 1 20pm then by 6pm and once 6pm had passed they cited Operational Delay due to an incorrect address The address on the pump invoice was accurate so I doubt the truth of this reason The end result is that I didn t get the pump that I urgently required I think that that Pump Sales Direct should review their choice of carrier The feedback on trust pilot for FedEx is very poor

Pump arrived poorly packed but I tried to use it Discovered it was broken and pumps direct refused to help in any way so I wouldn t use these guys again when there are many other companies

Only frustration and no working pump

I bought a Clark pump specifically advertised for basement flooding of 1mm - it says so on the box It did not pick up water in basement of 3-5mm The customer services argued with me about everything refuse to listen or understand They finally agreed to look at the pump It was simply shipped back to me with no feedback My original documents and packaging I sent to them was not returned to me It has been a very disapointing experience Single mom out of the 70 pounds still have water in my basement

Have had to phone 4 times now and still fobbed off with they ll phone back which they don t Brought two pumps off them now broke within 6 months their customer service is woeful would never buy anything from here again and suggest if you don t like getting ripped off you shouldn t either
