Warning Next day delivery isn t alway Next Day

Warning Ordering is fine But next day delivery isn t always what it says Chase for review came a day before pump delivered Ordered before 3 30 pm on Friday but wasn t delivered until Monday morning The website is misleading

Charged more than shown on website

I saw the pump I needed on the website but needed to ask a few questions and ended up ordering over the phone The price wasn t mentioned and when my invoice came by e-mail I had been charged 25 more than shown I phoned to query and was told the internet rates were wrong and they were in the process of changing them I said if I had ordered online what would have happened we would have asked you for 25 more was the reply Didn t like that and if I hadn t needed the pump in a hurry I would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere

overall fine paid for next day delivery on Friday didn t deliver til Tuesday was advised on the Friday late in afternoon that was courier issue but no mention of returning costs paid for guaranteed next working day delivery service even though 2 3 days is free

No comminication

Placed order on the 29th October eventually received pump on the 4th November Received confirmation of order when placed and that was it I e-mailed asking for any information NO RESPONCE I then phoned customer service on The 3rd November and was told it was out of stock and was being despatched direct from manufactures which it was and I received it on the 4th November my complaint is that I wasn t kept informed by e-mail on the situation as stated on the web site

Shower pump

Very good service however I do object to the delivery charge just because we stay in Northern Scotland Actually only a few miles off the A96 the main route Aberdeen to Inverness One of the main reasons I used this company because it said Free Deliver over any Orders 50 mine was 325 not very fair However life is not fair sometimes

Item received quickly but administration was diabolical

I purchased a pump on behalf of an elderly flood victim and the item arrived quickly Although I ordered online I never received email acknowledgement of my order despite two follow up calls As the pump was funded by the Government s resilience grants scheme my reimbursement was delayed due to lack of proof of purchase I eventually had to submit a copy of my credit card statement to Ribble Valley Borough Council who have been equally tiresome

Website was incorrect

Website was incorrect - said item in stock for overnight delivery which was great as we needed urgently Placed order paid extra for overnight carriage then had a call an hour later saying sorry we don t actually have one and new stock on a month s leadtime Refunded me quickly with an apology but left me scratching around for another supplier with the clock ticking away on overnight delivery deadline Luckily I did manage to find another and now received and installed but you need to get your website up to date to avoid messing people around

I m a first time user of your site and paid extra for next day delivery Friday only to be informed by the delivery company it would be delivered on Monday after then reading their delivery terms and not ordering before 3 30 on the Thursday I strongly believe they should not have taken my money for the next day delivery service as I would have received the item on Monday on their Free delivery service

Pump could be broken

It is a fast service but the delivery was poor He knock on the door but did no wait long He then went around the side gate Made a lot of racket and by the sound of it threw the parcel in the corner of the patio steps So I don t know if the pump is broken or not till it fitted

Good with invoices and answering the

Good with invoices and answering the phone to discuss orders But they have sent me the wrong pump unions twice out of no more than 5 orders so 40 error rate Even though they sorted errors It still screwed up my job as I couldn t fit the pump without driving around for about an hour then paying 50 more for some unions from a local merchant BSS Rip off
