Great pump however they only give you

Great pump however they only give you 1 Bsp connector which is a pain because I had to go online to buy another for the inlet so I had to wait a couple more days to use it

Telephone orders

I m not very good with this on line shopping I would much rather use the telephone to make an order but after ringing the number on your web site i was politely told i could only order on line Not everybody is able to do ordering on line i just wish it could have been done over the phone as i nearly gave up and got one from a builders yard just give a thought for us oldies

Fast response to my problem

The first pump was dirty and covered in spots of dirty water However Pump Sales Direct acted very quickly after my phone call to send out a replacement and collect the previous one

looked at a pond pump saw it in world of water and on amazon so checked out the price and this was 60 cheaper I did initially wonder if this might be a fake site as I have been stung before when a price looked to good to be true but not only was this genuine but arrived within 2 days of ordering well impressed so far

I was looking for a 24 Lt pressure

I was looking for a 24 Lt pressure vessel to replace a faulty unit I found a ideal replacement as I wanted a unit with a replaceable bladder and food graded The unit arrived in good time direct to site as requested and I fitted and commissioned it without issue The only question I have is that the unit supplied was of a different manufactured to the one I ordered and that was on the paperwork Hopefully this is of the same grade and with a replaceable bladder as requested ordered I was not able to check with Pump Sale Direct at the time as the factories production was down and I needed to get it back up and running ASAP
