Very little suction Only useful part is the curved head to collect wax

Beware puriear are a bunch of scammers and stay away don t order any wax or ear items they are fake and based in USA they have taken money rather stolen money I haven t even ordered they stole my bank details somehow I haven t authorised any payment and I reported them to the police I have no family or anybody else who ordered so Joanne stop making excuses How did you get my bank details and the authority to take my money you better refund my money with an apology I won t rest until I receive my money back

Product doesn t work due to minimal suction would suggest looking at a more powerful alternative product that is fit for purpose

I tried the unit and had no suction so I decided to send it back They offered me a discount if I kept it First 50 then 70 I told them I would prefer to return the item with full money back as the advert says They then told me it had to be sent back to the USA for a full refund The item was sent from Cannock in the UK why should I have to send it back to the USA Iam still awaiting a reply from them I have also in formed Facebook of the situation 20th July 2024Since my first review I have decided to get the 70 refund on the useless wax remover I still have not got the refund and will be surprised if I do Thinking if they offered me 70 off how much are they really worth Facebook has not replied to my complaint I have received my refund not a full one but it arrived in my account I have tried to suck some sugar up with it but no suction It s now in the bin Did not get a reply from Facebook

I could detect no suction No wax came

I could detect no suction No wax came out and when I tested it in water it didn t suck any up

Requested refund not yet received but now charging me even more

Further to my previous review where they were charging me for 2 Puriears instead of one I requested a refund I now find they are charging me 44 39 and I haven t even received ANY yet

Don t fall for this

Like so many previous reviews there is NO SUCTION and is equivalent of using a cotton bud but worse as costs far more A total waste of money and time Putting it in the bin

Fell for the slick advertising on Facebookpaid 26 90 for totally useless productthere is no suction at all and the money back gaurantee is worthless they only offer a percentage of the cost and only after the item has been shipped back to themTo be avoided at all costs
