QHC snagging survey

I arranged for QHC to do a snagging survey on our new build David arrived on time and was very helpful He did a thorough job spending about 3 hours detailing every issue and talking us through the main ones He then sent a comprehensive report with photos which we recieved in the evening I would 100 recommend David to anyone buying a new build

We would highly recommend David He managed to pull our Post Completion Inspection forward by a month This meant it was completed within the first 7 days which is the time we have to raise some issues with the builder We received a high quality report back from David with recommendations for improvement The entire time David was quick at responding to messages and providing updates We have already recommended him to friends and 100 would use his services again Thank you

Great experience

David was incredibly helpful in checking the quality of our home He s a pro with keen attention to detail and spotted lots of issues that we could never do He always responded promptly and explained everything in a way that anyone could understand even if they re not technical I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a new house He knows his stuff and will make sure you re making a good investment

David inspected our new build five bed house recently We re very pleased with his work his report was clearly written and easy to follow He identified some items that were good to catch early on as they could have become larger issues later on if not addressed We were able to hand his report to the builder and they agreed with nearly all the items raised and have been happy to fix them We feel it has been well worth the small additional cost and we would highly recommend David and QHC

David was extremely thorough He not only pointed out many genuine issues which I would never have noticed but he also gave us inputs about further steps and what to expect He was super accommodative and super quick in providing the snagging report He is also a very kind person - can t thank him enough for waiting for us due to a misplaced key He didn t complain one bit I highly recommend David and QHC Thank you

Excellent service

I was reluctant to hire a snagger initially but I had been noticing bits and bits that need taken care of in my new house Hence I decided to go for professional snagging and David did not let me down He was professional and detailed for the home check open and responsive to my silly questions I could not recommend David enough He made our life easier and is our life saviour Thanks David

Worth every penny

Dave recognised things I wouldn t of even noticed and some really important things that if left unchecked could have caused serious damage to my property or my health The full report was wrote up the same day Very helpful and so glad I got it done He was very attentative

Cannot recommend QHC too highly A very professional efficient and effective way forward when purchasing either a new build property or one under 2 years old Every square foot of the inside and outside of my house was thoroughly checked I have passed my report from QHC to my builders who are now working through a list of over 100 issues Some vital to my living in the house some more cosmetic but all needing correcting David Patterson has provided an outstanding service and I received my report by the end of the same day as the inspection It s the best money you can spend when making a new nearly new home purchase
