David was very punctual in arranging

David was very punctual in arranging our home appointment and worked around our completion to come and carry out the survey promptly after moving in He was very thorough and provided the snag list in a speedy time that was easy to give to the build company to rectify Lots of snags we would not have noticed which makes it worth the money A true investment for your new build Highly recomend David for your surveys

Money very well spent Could not recommend enough

Could not recommended enough At first we were a bit apprehensive with paying as we were not sure if it wouldbe worth with it but by god it was David picked up over 140 snags in our new Persimmon home He found snags that only a professional trained eye could spot Everyone purchasing a new home should get David in for an inspection nice easy going guy as well and is happy to pass on his knowledge and experience within the trade that he has been in for many years

Highly Recommend QHC

David recently inspected our 4 bed new build and he very kindly did the inspection at short notice providing an incredibly detailed report the same day so that we were able to pass this to the builder within the required timeframe He spent over 4 hours at our property and picked up so many snags that we would never have realised until it was too late or they caused a bigger issue Thanks to him we have had almost all of these now resolved to the standard that they should have been done originally We are very grateful for his time and hard work and would highly recommend him and QHC

First class service from a top professional Found 93 minor issues that I would never have found myself My house builder Story have also been excellent putting right these issues I can t recommend David highly enough

David was fantastic and helpful from the start even before he came to do our inspection He found a whopping 137 snagging faults with our new build home majority of which we would NEVER have found ourselves or likely even noticed He was friendly professional extremely knowledgeable and provided an impeccable service from start to finish Having previously owned new build homes this was our first snagging inspection don t know ho we got by without one If you are buying a new build property you NEED to get David out for a snagging inspection will save you lots of money in the long run

David is extremely knowledgeable about the standards and regulations which new build homes should meet and we are so pleased that we used his service He wrote a very detailed report about our house and he took time to explain the details to us in layman s terms and describe the actions that the builder should take This has been very helpful in conversations with our builder We have no hesitation in highly recommending Quality Home Check

Excellent experience

David came to snag our new build a few days ago He was very professional and answered all my questions and emails straight away He wrote a very detailed report which I received within a few hours with clear explanations of what needs improvement I would recommend David to all our friends and our new neighbors

Excellent service and money well spent

David arrived when he said he would despite quite a long drive and worked intensively for almost 4 hours on the inspection He issued his report later that day The report is comprehensive with photographs showing the issues It lists 155 points most of which I had not identified and probably as a first time buyer of a new house would not have thought to check or raise Despite being initially dismissive of professional snagging companies the site team have worked through the issues and given the report to subcontractors It is a useful checklist of the work which needs to be completedI highly recommend QHC - the fee was money well spent
