David from Quality Home Check recently came to snag our new build home Although our new home is built to a really good standard David picked up on a lot of snags that we had not notice David produced a very thorough and clear report that we have been able to pass on to our builder with any snags photographed and circled This has been really useful to keep on track of which snags have been sorted and which are still to be dealt with I would definitely recommend Quality Home Check if you are looking for a professional snagger Thanks David

Just did the post completion snagging yesterday David is kind responsive very patient with me and is an expertise to his job complet the whole process in reasonable time The report is written thoroughly clear and easy to understand I am so glad that I chose using his service Thank you David for your great help

David at QHC was fantastic This was my first new build property and I had anxieties about snags and issues David was very flexible I had to delay the move in date by a week due a build delay and extremely efficient He spent well over three hours in the house - and inspected inside and outside including the garden fencing etc He took photos and explained any major issues to me during his work He then wrote a full report and I had a copy later that day I really cannot recommend QHC highly enough For the service I received this was really very good value Thank you David

David recently completed a post-completion survey on my new build property near York I d had a very poor buying experience with the developer and was keen to get an independent assessment on the house I had a particular concern about the balcony on my property Even before visiting David asked whether I had any particular concerns where I was able to talk him through the balcony situation David took his time to inspect the balcony and talk me though my options of how to take the matter forward with the developer Within a few hours of visiting David turned around the report and I was able to hand this to the developer within the 7 day snagging period Although over 110 items were noted the biggest thing by far was that David did was that he gave me reassurance that everything with the house is OK and the developer had delivered the house to a high standard I d strongly urge anybody thinking about getting a post-completion survey to do so There were many items such as incorrect loft insulation incorrect window latches and missing weep vents I would never has known about or spotted Thanks again David for providing me with a professional friendly and reliable service and the reassurance support and guidance on matters of my new home
