Highly Recommend David Quality Home Check

David came to inspect our new build house following completion David was very knowledgeable and professional He has been excellent all the way from booking he was very accommodating with the date which was great David was very open and honest he kept us well informed as he carried out our inspection and provided us with points and guidance as he moved around the house The report arrived by email very quickly after the survey had been completed Thanks to David for all your help with the in-depth snagging of our new build property

A very professional and thorough Snagging Survey- worth every penny

A very comprehensive professional and thorough Snagging Report David brought to light lots of things we wouldn t have spotted We ll be getting him back to double check that works have been completed by the builder Money well spent

Amazing Service

David was extremely thorough with the snagging and found many things which we would not of noticed he knew exactly what to look for and advised us how to proceed with the issues - 198 in total Once complete David issued his report the same day Highly recommended thanks again for your help David

David was very professional and picked up on so many things in our new build home that we would never have noticed We received a full report including photographs to submit to our builders Most of the snags have been either sorted or booked in to be sorted So thank you very much David

I m very happy that I booked a snagging inspection with QHC

I m very happy with the snagging inspection that David conducted I wasn t sure what would be found but I found the report to be very comprehensive I found David very attentive to detail He had actually arrived at my property an hour earlier and had spent that time conducting an external review before I even arrived He raised many points and these were things that I would never have found nor would I have the capability to find The report was concise and to the point with each issue accompanied with a photograph It was great to talk to David about the house and issues and I found this very insightful All in all this was money well spent and David put my mind to ease I wouldn t hesitate to recommend his services

Peace of mind

QHC had been highly recommended by several homeowners on our site and David managed to squeeze us in at short notice He arrived prompt at 8am and carried out his check which took the best part of 3 hours As promised his 28 page report arrived via email later that evening and covered 106 snags Many were minor but a few did need attention quickly which he highlighted and discussed during his visit We are fortunate in that the site staff have already attended to many of the issues He was very thorough and knowledgeable and we feel it was money well spent Using a professional snagging company may not be for everyone but for us it certainly helped to give us confidence in the house we ve purchased Thanks David

Wonderful work

Wonderful work The new home inspection report done by QHC is very comprehensive and detailed It found out more than 150 issues regarding to the builder s work needed to follow up and fix Thank you very much to David s effort We definitely need for inspection result done by QHC as the important tool to ask the developer to fix the defects

David was great from start to finish We were first time buyers and having his expertise on hand made our experience much easier Our inspection was thorough and David picked up on a number of snags that we hadn t noticed which we were super grateful for He is friendly approachable and never made us feel stupid for the endless questions we had for him Would recommend to anyone Thanks David
