Very thorough snagging inspection carried out by The House Inspector

We had a comprehensive snagging report on a new build we purchased 9 months ago Pete carried out a thorough inspection and produced an extremely accurate report with over 160 issues yes I know bit depressing for me as the homeowner to see them all together He spotted so many issues in places I didn t even think of looking into including a major issue with a garden retaining wall He spent a lot of time in out and around the house as you can tell by the level of detail in the report And Pete was genuinely lovely to deal with Overall very recommended to anyone dealing with snagging issues in their new build

New House Inspection

We were recommended The House Inspector through a neighbour on the same estate as us as they d had a positive experience and so did we Pete was great very profressional he turned up in the morning despite the snow and quietly went about inspecting the property he was very thorough and spent a lot of time in each room over 100 snags were found and a large amount of them i would ve missed myself We got the snag report the next day which was essential for our 7-day snagging report with our developers Would fully recommend to anyone looking for a house inspection and would certainly use again in the future

We hired Peter to inspect our new built home before we had our home demo inspection He is one of the most professional yet friendly person within the home inspection industry He was on time and made an effort to work along with the site team which kept our minds at ease The report he provides with at the end is self-explanatory and can be used to refer back when we go to inspect our home I recommend Peter a 100 for any home inspection to be carried out

We couldn t have asked for a more thorough inspection of our home Pete discovered many issues that could have caused issues down the line and listed them all in a detailed report that we then sent to our developers Pete s a great bloke who took time to advise me on some other queries I had with the house

Pete was absolutely fabulous Straight forward booking process great communication from the start The report was processed throughout his visit and sent over the same evening I was so impressed with the detail of the report I thought I would maybe be able to snag my house myself but there is no way I would have thought about as much detail as Pete did or ever noticed for some time the things he did 100 a job left for the professionals He knows exactly what he s looking for and although my house is in an impressive state the report showed some really interesting points where attention to detail has been missed Really looking forward to these final bits being sorted on our house and wouldn t achieve this without Pete s professional eye Couldn t recommend enough will be of course passing his details around the new estate
