I had a great experience with Snag My New Home Booking was quick and easy with the staff happy to answer all my questions over the phone The snagging inspection occurred on time and was extremely professional producing a very detailed report Over 70 issues were found with many of them things I wouldn t have noticed for months and so would never have been fixed They looked for things I didn t even know would be covered So well worth the money Overall I would recommend it to anyone

Very pleased with our snagging report easy to book good communication via Whatsapp and then the report received by 10pm the following day Easter Sunday Lots of issues picked up that we had not noticed which we can pass onto our builder

Very professional and extremely prompt in providing the snag report Had the snag inspection done on a new build on a Saturday and the report was provided on Sunday night as I was moving in within a week Was a detailed report and felt comfortable having an independent view of the build For anyone wondering if its worth spending so much on snagging a new build it is The 62 snags although not major are fixable and need to be fixed by the developer and may not have been picked up by me Thank you so much

The level of service is second to none with texts responded to straight away Also the booking process was transparent and quick as we booked on a Saturday and we got a slot for the following day We were assigned to Mo for our new home snagging inspection and he was very professional with a bit of swag stylish confidence He asked us to show him snags which had been found by us whilst showing him around the house After the house tour Mo spent 3 hours and 45 minutes carrying out a thorough snagging of every room and every nooks and crannies of the house We received very detailed and comprehensive snagging report in less than 30 hours to pass onto our developer A top-notch service and will surely recommend Snag My New Home
