Excellent customer service Managed to get appointment in short notice Thorough inspection Found around average 100 defects in our new home Thankfully most of them small defects apart from 1 major one We wouldn t have spotted them

I was sceptical about employing a snagging firm at first but i am so glad i did George was amazing he was so thorough and really took his time to ensure no stone was left unturned as well as being a lovely guy The report is so detailed and was quickly sent through following his inspection I would highly recommend

Used the website to confirm the price and a suitable date A quick call the day before and the snag man arrived on time and was very friendly Wore PPE without being asked and was sanitising regularly Report received a few days later covering off a lot of detail Happy to recommend and would use again

Don t buy a new build without using HomeSnag

Super-knowledgable friendly and professional Having a comprehensive pro snag list helped massively in getting the site team to action snags and also to use as a live list of what s still to be done and as a reference of the issue via images all snags are also detailed photographically People get an HPI when they buy a 10 000 car yet don t get their 3-4-500k home independently inspected Just get these guys on the case Sadly there are still a number of the 250 snags originally highlighted still to action six-months on from completion - so I could only wish that the builders were as efficient and professional as HomeSnag were from start to finish

We really recommend Homesnag The surveyor was polite and friendly and he knew what he was doing He could spot things in the house which I was completely oblivious to and produced a very thorough report showing where there were some issues and referred it back to the standards to which the house should be built

Although we had to wait a couple of weeks for our survey I can t fault Home Snag in their professionalism and the clarity of the report We discussed a many of the issues which were found on the day and the report was provided by email within the time scale advised I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Home Snag to my friends and family

I am absolutely delighted with the work by HomeSnag Alex who visited my property found more than 200 issues including a number that I wouldn t have found until it was too late In addition the report was very detailed with photos and references to NHBC standards I can thoroughly recommend HomeSnag and intend to book a resnag when the rectifications have been made
