David at QHC was absolutely fantastic he managed to squeeze us in the day before he went on holiday he went the extra mile to make sure he could come and snag our new home Great service really thorough report completed at the end of his visit would highly recommend Great service and top bloke

Very professional snagging service Turned up on time explained the process Very detailed in his investigation Report was sent same day with clear findings and links to pictures Even the building company thought was well documented and very professional A great service and money well spent Would recommend this company

A thorough inspection

David came to inspect my new build property last week post completion and I would recommend him to anyone in the north east looking for a professional snagger He turned up early and methodically worked through the property both inside and out He was professional courteous and friendly and respectful of my new home The report arrived promptly that same evening

Thoroughly professional snag inspector

Dave did a fantastic snag inspection report for our new built He did arrive on time and conducted a full inspection He provided the snag report later that evening in details and went through it so we can understand it He was thoroughly professional from the beginning till the end

Highly Recommended

David completed a post-completion inspection on our new build property early this month and we were more than happy with the service provided David was very friendly and knowledgable when we spoke in person with excellent communication building up to the inspection date The inspection itself was completed in the morning and we then received the report later that day The report itself is very clear with images and arrows to explain each snag We have already had quite a few of our snags sorted by the builder with more due to be completed next week We would definitely recommend using QHC to anyone who is purchasing a new home as we would never have even noticed some of them until it was too late Thanks again David

David recently inspected my home

David recently inspected my home and I have to say he did an outstanding job Not only was he incredibly professional and thorough but he was also friendly and easy to talk to which made the whole process a lot smoother He took the time to explain what he was checking and answered all my questions with patience It s clear he knows his stuff and I felt really reassured having him there I d definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable inspection service

David did a post-completion report for us and we would highly recommend him He was very pleasant honest and professional throughout He took time to explain the more significant issues he found so that we had a better understanding of the possible impact they may bring Nothing was too much trouble His report was incredibly professional and thorough which has put us in good stead for now getting the issues resolved Thank you David

Very efficient and friendly

David came to our new build house to complete a post completion snagging survey and managed to fit us in as we completed earlier than expected Everything was very well explained in how he would complete things and how we would be receiving a report after David was very professional thorough polite and knowledgeable and knew his stuff and what he was doing David spotted things that we wouldn t have been able too and was very efficient The report provided after was very clear and detailed Couldn t recommend David enough amazing service Thank you once again
