The new core payroll system that just been introduced threw us a little bit CJ was at the end of the line when I called and she walked me through step by step how to amended mistake occurred Her patient and understanding the way round the new system is excellent And she kept her promise to call again to make sure no problem occur after our last chat I can t thank you enough for CJ to guided me through the new system Thank you

Probably a main differentiator that Quickbooks has over Xero is that you get telephone support If you sign up you get a 45 minute onboarding session This was for me useful to navigate where to find recurring transactions
