Great concept Just not made for us strong guys My box always flies off of the bag Had to tape it on And my box cords ripped apart Still recommended Hope they make a more durable bag moving forward Customer service was great and sent me a replacement bag

Small but mighty and portable

Quiet punch is a boxing bag like no other I ve been injured 2 5 years and prior to that I used to do Taebo and Muay Thai I have missed boxing and this was the one good thing that came out of Brexit in my opinion I can put it in the doorway and I can gain my abdominal muscles back slowly It s quiet but does not lack intensity and does not slack in the impact it can have on your workout Every move is still doable for me and I don t feel like I am missing out An amazing product that we finally get to have in the UK Thank you quiet punch If you have any problems the customer service are there to assist you in your delivery and shipping queries Thank you Quiet Punch
