Acceptable Quality Standard generic

I bought a mechanical keyboard in a group-buy because in Europe they are not able to ship it After waiting for so long I discover a scratch over the case which wasn t noticeable under natural light but on artificial one the lamp They are not willing to offer me a replacement because the product was assembled They are playing around generic Acceptable Quality Standard without offer a proper solution I work in a hi tech company where we have a lot of enthusiastic they didn t lost one customer but many others

Definitely a no my keyboard broke after 1 month of usage and it has been a month and a week since i sent it for replacement They sent it back the same as I sent it even worse and they aren t currently answering their phone

Low quality keyboard doesn t work properly and keys STICK tried to contact the owner and no response DO NOT BUY FROM QWERTKEYS
