Excellent Customer Service

Recently had to return a waterproof jacket because it was not waterproof Excellent customer service said it would take up to 5 weeks to check and get back to me I returned jacket on Monday by next day delivery got an email on Tuesday saying it was faulty and they would replace the jacket New jacket arrived on Friday

Brilliant repair service

An accidental tear in my Rab down jacket needed repair I contacted the service centre and within a fortnight I had my jacket back expertly patched at a cost of 23 including postage and return Good value good service and environmentally beneficial The jacket will be good for many more years

Would Recommend this Service at Rab sent my second coat back now one thing I wish they would do is send a email to me confirming they ve received my item instead of waiting the 4 weeks for the carrier to confirm when there delivering it back

Great kit

Great kit and customer experience to boot Really take care of you from the first purchase through to addressing any issues with kit during it s life As a tall but relatively slender frame Rab fits perfectly

Excellence

my coats are mostly from rab waterproof coats wind proof jackets and coats for when your walking the mountains the quality is wonderful and you pay for what you get which is excellence and long lasting All rab equipment is amazing

damaged to a sleeve on my microlight down jacket

After a fall I damaged the sleeve on my Rab down jacket The customer care I recieved from Rab repair was excellent You would never know the sleeve had been damaged it was repaired to such an high standard Special thanks to Holly who did the repair Over the years I have purchased products from Rab I have never been disappointed the quality and service are excellent

Used Rab products for years now

Been using Rab products for years now since early days a teenager getting into the hills with my first proper waterproof through to the point now where I ve pretty much slowly built a collection of their jackets and mid layers Solid build quality and yet to have a jacket let me down in the typical British weather The Axion pro down jacket has been a favourite for the past three winters and the fact that they have a wash repair centre means I can easily keep gear in top condition between seasons and trips to the mountains Also massively impressed in the amount of recycled materials they are using now which is of course a bonus

Excellent service

Excellent service can t have topped it I had a small tear in my jacket from snagging it on a craggy wall I thought I was going to have to patch repair until someone mentioned Rab s repair service The coat was returned to me within about a week and they appear to have replaced the full panel Absolutely no way of telling there has ever been a tear I also had a missing pocket pull tag after mine got stuff in the dryer I cheekily asked if they could possibly add a new and my jacket came back with a new one added Can t fault the service at all despite being called Karen

Brilliant After Care

I have used their cleaning service and it is excellent recently I also used their zip replacement service I paid on line and received the packaging very quickly Within a day or two of sending my jacket in I received an email to say the zip wasn t broken the slider was so they were fixing it for free and refunding my payment they also repairs the waist pull cord Within a week of sending the jacket in it was back all repaired and they refunded me Great service
