Superb service

Superb service I submitted my down jacket after 4 years of regular use for a zip replacement I received an email that only the runner was defective and I would receive a refund for the difference of a new zip On top of that the logo on the breast had been pulled off when an enthusiastic covid administer slapped a sticker on top of it Lo and behold the jacket now sports a new logo To be honest I m not sure they didn t replace mine with a brand new jacket it looks like one Thank you Holly To add the service is slick and efficient from start to finish

Quality gear that lasts

Late in the game of owning Rab 3 years but all the gear that I have sleeping bag down jackets and layers have stood up to a lot of abuse and still going strong with many years left They strike a balance between affordability and durability which is ideal for me Will continue to use abuse their gear for years to come

Fantastic Basecamp Blog

The Rab products that I have purchased in the past have been great quality and have had good longevity I m a massive fan of the brand s ethos in particular their repair service and rental service I have recently discovered the Basecamp blog on the Rab website it s fantastic it feels like reading a high quality magazine - highly recommend

Outstanding customer support My 15 year old Lowe Alpine Appalachian backpack had torn straps which made it unusable I contacted them and they immediately offered to replace the straps So if you are looking for a trusty seller of backpacks and mountaineering equipemnt this is it

Lifetime warranty - EXCELLENT

Bought a excellent pair of gloves They ripped at the seam after reasonable 2year use Send them into repair centre under warranty repair scheme Unable to repair but recognised was a lifetime warranty issue - so replaced for free with like for like gloves

Good quality products

I have a few items from Rab and I must say that I m very happy with them and the company ethos The sleeping bag and liner that I purchased most recently are incredibly comfortable warm and compact They are perfect for camping and backpacking The axion pro jacket is another great purchase of mine Although it s a bit too warm for the mid-seasons it has been my go-to jacket for winter and early spring autumn It keeps me incredibly warm and comfortable The torque shorts are another great product They have plenty of pockets rare for women s clothes so that s a huge plus and are very comfortable However I did notice some cosmetic bobbles after just one use but it doesn t affect their performance Overall I m very satisfied with my purchases from Rab

My partner sent away my torn jacket for a year repair My favourite jacket was torn when I fell carrying my daughter on the snow on holiday I have just received it back and WOW the work conducted was amazing you can t even see where the damage was Great job and great service at a very reasonable price

Great products

Great products I have bought a few now and they are my go to for warm mountain gear but I also have a light weight showerproof wind breaker jacket for warmer climates that I took hiking in Ethiopia They are all perfect for the job they do Wear them too much and they occasionally need repairs and Rob have a great option for that too so everything lasts longer making the initial purchase seem more worthwhile the longer you get to use the gear

Quality mountain wear and gear

I have been buying from Rab relatively frequently for the last 6 years I have had a very good experience of the quality and usability apart from a pair of gaiters which I had to return twice due to them being faulty Rab are constantly developing their stock and I have found the waterproofs to hold up to the Scottish weather well One of my most loved items is my Rab sleeping bag which is expensive but worth every penny as it is so lightweight and compact as well as being warm
