Top customer service

Contacted Rab because the steel ring strengthener on the entry point for the drawstring on my nine year old Rab sleeping bag had pulled loose which would mean down leakage if not fixed quickly Expecting to be told it was well out of warranty and the repair charge would be a significant e g approx half the cost of a new sleeping bag I was told instead that the issue would be treated as a warranty issue with no charge - except for initial postage I returned the bag and the repair was a top job while the turnaround was pretty quick too Top customer service

Absolutely fantastic wash and repair service

I ve had my Extreme down jacket for at least 20 years and I m afraid never got round to having it washed I paid for a wash and repair at the start of winter then ended up using it through till spring When I finally sent it I d added several new tears in the fabric The RAB team did an unbelievably great job - it was like receiving back an entirely new jacket There are no traces of the stains and the repairs are all invisible or well hidden It s brilliant to have a working zip again

My favorite outdoor brand

Reliably excellent quality products designed for the outdoors but that can worn every day For example my Xenair jacket is great for hiking I take it climbing and it s equally at home when commuting into the office Likewise my trusty Phantom waterproof is so small and light you can take it anywhere plus it s both waterproof and very breathable I also like the environmental ethos of Rab and their support for the outdoors community

Outstanding service

Rab service team are amazing My jacket s stuffing had become displaced and the sleeve ripped I thought the Team had decided to send a new jacket replacement when I opened the parcel yesterday An invisible panel replacement thanks Rachel even distribution of filling and back promptly I couldn t be more impressed Thank you all so much

Best decision

The problem with owning a Rab coat is you will never wish to wear any coat ever again I m now onto my second microlight coat and continue to utterly adore it It s practical comfortable and so durable The customer services have been amazing It s lightweight but warm and breathable It folds down small so perfect for unpredictable weather I couldn t rate Rab and its quality highly enough You won t regret buying it

Fantastic service

Fantastic service on a repair to my Lowe Alpine rucksack Repair was completed and the item returned in 6 days The bonus was it was free as it must have been a warranty repair even though the bag is several years old What a great way to prolong the life of your kit

Genuinely amazing repair service

Genuinely amazing repair service My down jacket got shedded by our puppy debated buying a replacement but thought I d see if it was repairable Paid what I thought it would be only to have an email saying they d used a lot less and refunded the difference You d never know the damage was there before such an impressive service - thank you

RAB could not offer a better service or value for money Their products are innovative highly efficient really well designed Staff well informed helpful They take on the responsibility for prolonging the useful life of what you ve purchased I wish all companies were like RAB Brilliant company

The Best Customer Service

I hate washing these down jackets as they are so heavy when wet I followed the instructions only to have the stitching collapse - I contacted RAB Service and returned it for inspection They offered to replace it and even upgraded it when the original colour was not available Perfect - 5 all the way
