Amazing results

Wow Absolutely made up I sent my 6 year old axion down jacket for the wash service it returned today and it feels and looks like a new jacket They even replaced both of my broken zippers And it was returned within the quoted time Much better results than I was expecting highly recommend for all of your precious rab gear

Good quality products from an authentic British brand

I have a few pieces of Rab clothing including Microlight Alpine down jacket Kinetic Alpine 2 0 waterproof jacket Valiance waterproof down jacket and Torque pants Have generally found the build quality to be good though I ve found the fit of some jackets hasn t always been quite right some pieces seem to be a bit square boxy for me I m a fan of the the brand s ethos including The Mountain People community and like supporting a British brand Overall very happy to be a Rab customer

Fantastic quality

Fantastic quality great fit amazing service I bought the Xenair long sleeve insulated jacket and two days later also bought the Xenair vest Warm and unbelievably light Delivered for free via DPD within one day of ordering Specialist washing detergents also fab Thank you Rab

Way better than dared hope for

They some stains never wash out Rab cleaning and repairs challenge accepted 10 year old well used down jacket another company washed it 5 years ago and sent me a polite apology after several tries they couldnt fully clean it Sent it to Rab this time amd its sparkling like new Im very impressed also 2 excellent tidy repairs Would highly recommend

Zip replacement to new jacket

I recently returned my jacket to Rab due to a broken zip As the jacket was only 2 years old I enquired if it was still under warranty and they said yes After returning the jacket under the warranty they fixed the zip and sent it back to me Unfortunately it failed again so they sent a courier to collect it for another repair To my amazement they replaced the jacket and gave me a new one as they deemed the zip repair not possible To receive a new jacket was a surprise and the service and support given is highly commendable As a loyal Rab customer this service means I will continue to be a loyal customer

The RAB repair service should serve as a blueprint for every single manufacturer- efficient - fairly priced- timely turnaround which means I can enjoy my RAB for another few years without sending it to landfill Awesome

Great rainjacket and great service

I bought a rainjacket 3 years ago Now the jacket was damaged I contacted them and they quickly responded I sent photos of the damaged jacket The service worker Claudia was super friendly and sent me a new replacement immediately I really like the rainjacket and the service was great

I had a broken zip

I had a broken zip and when I phoned up to see if this was fixable the gentleman was extremely helpful I m sure the repair will be as good as the customer service

STOPS THE RAIN

Brought 2 Rab jackets gor-tex keep me dry when out walk my car broke down M25 45mins standing in rain I was dryer bone just sent the jackets away to be washed it feels really good and it smells really nice Just can t wait for a rainy day now
