I sold LTC for the value of approx 250

I sold LTC for the value of approx 250 on 30 3 24 along with a bunch of other transactions I got an email saying my account has been closed but not given a specific reason however the transaction above was cancelled and it said I would get a refund but I did not receive my money or crypto back It is impossible to get any response from support I have sent 2 tickets with all transaction information All the other transactions went smoothly which is great but it is terrible customer service to just hold someone else s money for any period of time at all I will update this review depending on how quickly this is sorted Ramp transaction id 3de4024c-dc35-42e8-8901-264e2edd3b0a Update - received my crypto refund within the 10 days Not sure how long it would have taken if I didn t complain on trustpilot

I would give 3 stars but hear me out System frequently bugs out when in processing phase other than that nice place to buy crypto I still give 4 stars because customer support is next level beast not even comparable with other sites quality Very fast answers and they fix issues also very fast if authorised person is around Hope i can also buy TRX in the future

Easy to use but kind of expensive

I really like the easy approach to buy my assets with fiat via a trading platform Unfortunately the fees becomes too expensive for a monthly DCA with small amounts Credit Card costs plus network fees One thing I really would like to have as EU citizen is as well to Ramp Up and Down via SEPA on a fiat bank account Thx and keep up the great service

All ok but fees for money being transfered 15 or up to 20 eur to be around 3 eur is a little bit too much sorry

From 100 to 99 in seconds

I ve used Ramp for years no problems at all buying crypto - recommended it to loads of people Then today it asked me to confirm my full name and residency which I did and it said something along the lines of success continue with transaction but clicking next only sent me back to reconfirm my name and residency I was stuck in a loop and after 3 attempts my account was locked I instantly raised a ticket and within 10mins my locked account turned to terminated I have no idea why and how to contact anyone about it Edit Ramp reached out over email and sorted out everything with my account I found a bug and appreciate the speedy action and top level response but I also wish I didn t have to post on Trustpilot to get support - Regardless they re still my go-to platform

Please refer back to my previous reviews about RampUpdate as of 10 04 24 finally received the refund chasing since 20 03 24A BIG Thank you to Alex and Blake from customer support team Really Appreciated their ongoing support Used RS for a while since Dec 23 always smooth and quick never had any issues until beginning of March which understand due to a surge in queries hopefully they can to clear the backlog soonThanks
