STILL waiting for my delivery

Sourced items for a client for a marketing campaign for the rugby world cup including kicking tees Highlighted that I am a promotional gifts buyer and and these are to be part of a marketing campaign The rugby balls were perfect but the tees were rejected by the client as they had scuffs on most of them and many with dirty marks They simply couldn t send them out with the balls that they had paid over 2k for as would devalue the whole campaign and risked damage to their brand Despite this it was insisted that I pay 50 of the cost for the tees even though I could not personally use them or pass on the cost to the client I now have 300 kicking tee s that do not look new that will simply be thrown away that I had to pay 360 for

Whilst the service was great the product a display stand turned up chipped and the finish on it looked unprofessional more like something I would expect from a school design tech project

The kit was not all delivered together some of the items were incorrect and some were still missing I also had pick other balls than the ones requested as despite saying they were in stock when the second delivery was being progressed they had run out I now don t have everything for the beginning of the season

I ordered tags over 10 days ago for a tournament this weekend but still haven t received them which has left a lot of young children disappointed I ordered water bottles the same day from another company and received them 3 days later In this day and age I find the delay in receiving these goods unacceptable and will not be looking to use your services again

Was promised product dispatch in 1-2 days then contacted on 2nd day to say they were busy and it could take 3-5 days for delivery On 4th day has text from parcelforce to say order was on its way and would be with me next day When arrived only 1 4 of order was delivered and told other items were out of stockand would be with me in 3 weeks

Not advised when to expect delivery of my order despite being advised this would be the case Parcels left outside my house with damaged packaging due to the inadequate packing and because package was damaged part of the order was missing Not the standard I would expect from Ram
