Disappointing delivery service

1 Initially told that delivery would be in 1 - 2 days When no delivery was up chased I was informed that it should 3 - 5 working day delivery Still no delivery after 5 days When chased up I was informed that the order could not be tracked and would have to be re-sent which is causing a problem as the items were due to be used by now and I m away when delivery due 2 The contact numer on the emailed despatch sheet is incorrect by one digit so I was connected to the incorrect company 3 Kate on the dispatch switchboard was very help and reliable 4 Andrew Bushe always very helpful on sales Nigel Banwell Upton Rugby

Simple purchase of 2000 value

Was persuaded by our contact to order on line which I did First e mail sent by Ram said full order was dispatched 2nd mail said could I change order as 1 item not in stock 3rd e mail from carrier said item was to be delivered tomorrow 4th e mail said carrier had not received items I had to enter into correspondence by e mail in order to get a VAT invoice surely this should be available from the site Part order delivered without warning Rest of order arrived later without the promised time slot and driver did not ring doorbell just left a note to say we were not in even though we saw him drive away Suggest whoever is responsible for this on line service buys a couple of items from Amazon to see how it should be done

Received email saying all goods had been despatched Not entirely correct as consignment received promptly but part of order not included Enquiry determined that this was sent separately direct from supplier Did not arrive Traced by me after a week to wrong address despite correct address on label Better than last year when whole consignment went to wrong address despite correct label Clearly courier error in both cases

The ball was potentially what I was looking for However the stitching was poor and the ball felt like a second A pity as a new rugby based coaching start up I was looking to places a reasonable further order

Poor communication late delivery

Ordered no information received with regards to tracking had to email then call after no response working 3 days Got told they didn t have the colour ordered agreed to have another colour but would now be delivered after my son s birthday Really poor communication from this company no offer to compensate for the poor service and late delivery
