1 start only because I can t leave 0 Do not deal with this company I had to send something back and they charged me 300 kronor for the return Then they sent my information to another company who ask for my banking details which I didn t feel comfortable doing It s been almost two months and still I haven t received my refund

This company is now ignoring my emails about my refund This is my money that they are dealing with and refusing to refund

I have been mostly happy with deliveries in the past but now Rawfoodshop refuses to accept my complaint re nuts starting to go rancid with 6 months left to best-before-date Very disappointed with this company which does not follow Konsumentk plagens terms which all businesses in Sweden are obliged to do

The nuts I ordered were absolute rancid the very same day I got them - and I also wrote and complained that very same day They had a horrible bitter smell and taste - although the package date not the experation date was just a few days old And it had no production date at all - is that even legal Are you selling old rancid waste nuts can be dangerous to eat you yourself probably got for almost free and then put them in new bags with new experation date Then you have the guts to ask THE CUSTOMERS to pay for the returns AND the extra expensive one which goes directly to your adress so you don t have to pic it up yourself This company are selling waste products and have nothing to lose because the costumars must pay for the extra expensive returns No wonder reclamations take 30 days to handle for this company - it must be many What a joke And they don t answer the telephone - it s just a record machine that says you must send an e-mail and when you send an e-mail it s just an automatic answer with questions you already answered in your first e-mail If you search the negative reviews you see that they don t even accept reclamations when the products are larva-infested so not much hope to get a refound here I think they import everything from China and that it s expired already when they themselves get it extremely cheap I suppose and they just put it in new package with new exparation dates on Because they now have different places they get their stuff from organic I doubt Good business ooh yes at least in the short run You should be ashamed at yourselves I will report you to the swedish ministry of health livsmedelsverket Update The only thing they offered me was a discount coupon with a lesser value than what I payed f r their rancid and inedible nuts

They sell old nuts which clearly has mold Read the previous comments about the nuts Do not waste your money or your life I wish I read these comments before ordering Bought cashew nuts that are super discoloured and black taste bitter which clearly indicates they are not safe to eat I complained after a day of receiving but you can only send the item back on your own cost which is super expensive Avoid this scam company I will do whatever to report them to Swedish I will report you to the relevant channels livsmedelsverket

My order did not arrive correctly I have not heard anything back from the company as yet

a week from day of order to shipping and a day more to delivery Before i was a more frequent customer bc i could get things the other day almost always now it is a super long story from order to delivery i am not buying often any more but that is shame because the range you have is good

Not worth buying the vanilla oil Doesn t smell like vanilla the rose is ok

I have tried twice to post this recension about this product and it looks like they accept just positive recensions I purchased black cumin oil about a month ago It has a very strong tea tree smell and taste I m allergic to tea tree oil Also every time I open the bottle it makes a sound and is bubbly like fermenting The costumer service assured me that is not tea tree but still I have hard time consuming it Not recommended

Terrible customer service They gave me the wrong info about the chamomile essential oil sent me another product with a totally different species When questioned told me that only the label was wrong but I could use the product And refused to send me the oil chromatography Irresponsible company Correct order number is 100430692
