Normally i love this store but my latest order which I ordered the 21 january has not yet showed up It is clearly lost in transit but i have yet not received Word about a replacement or refund from rawfoodshop eventhough I have sent them several emails Parcels get lots all the time and this is of course not the fault of the store but how they handle it when this happens is what that matters the most for me as a customer They dont even tell me how long I need to wait Sadly I now recommend to not shop at this store anymore

Disappointing experience
Discounted prices are the same as normal prices at other places selling their products They don t show the lowest price in the last 30 days as is required by Prisinformationslagen for discounted products Premium quality nuts for example almonds are same or worse quality as cheapest supermarket nuts a lot of broken and chipped nuts small sizes a lot of halves but much more expensive I guess Swedish people don t know what is premium quality Some nuts are okay and their almond butter was good but the overall experience is disappointing

Expensive and some of the products are poor quality as wast but you sale it online when l claimed you argue no refund for the bad mold products so l just wasted it that mean lost my money my time

Send to wrong adress Thier costumer service does not replay
I ordered to Denmark and paided for shipping to Denmark but the package was sent to Sweden even though they guided the way for me to order the package for Denmark and they promised to get it to the right address in Denmark I ordered on the 19th of November and then wrote again to costumer service on the 19th of November 20th of November 25th of November and the 9th of December No response at all after the order was made and they received the money I tried to phone Reco Market but there is only an answering machine which tell you to send an email I would like to buy their products and get my package but when they do not deliver it to me nor answer my emails it does simply not make sense to do business with Reco Market - especially if you are a customer outside of Sweden Kind regards Anders Order 100027609 Update The reason why Reco Market did not answer me was because my mails were lost in their spam filter Unprofessional when email is the only way to communicate with Reco Market Furthermore Reco Market delivered some wrong products

Ordering system buggy
The products are great Would be better with cheaper bulk though What really sucks is the ordering system of the online shop Every time we order there the system mangages to loose an item or two when booking

Good quality and selection Not great delivery
Food selection and prices are very good I shop from here every 4-6 weeks for nuts flours sugar etc and generally pretty happy Delivery is very hit and miss - they deliver to the wrong place all the time I ve written to them about this but not sure they take that feedback seriously I think their system defaults to what s closest to me vs my preference - probably a bug they should fix as it s very frustrating

The process went very well and I could talk with support to have my shipment delayed a few days as I was out of the country The only problem that occurred was an email that sent my package was shipped before the date we agreed on I wrote to support and they said it would be shipped on the agreed-upon date
