Excellent customer service First my order was processed and delivered timely and I loved everything that I purchased Second my order qualified for free shipping but I accidentally clicked on a paid option Customer service was prompt in issuing a refund on the shipping fee I will be ordering again soon

All products ordered from Raw food shop were great The mixed fruit nuts were not over salted and oily I ordered a Kilo of this and thought that it would last longer hahaha it s so good once you start you can t stop

Excellent website and had a good experience while ordering I did not face any issues the delivery got delayed a bit than expected sent an email to customer service and the response is delayed in the mean time i have received my order the pictures shown in the website and the items that i received same The food that i ordered very tasty

THE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY ARE EXCELLENT THE DELIVERY PACKAGE WAS VERY SECURELY PACKED AS THERE WERE GLASS JARS AND OTHER SOFT MATERIAL INSIDE I AM HAPPY THE SHIPPING OVER 500 KR IS FREE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOTICED IS THAT MOST PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SIMILAR ITEMS FROM OTHER SELLERS EVEN THOSE ON TILBUD HOWEVER THEY ARE BETTER SO THAT IS OK FOR ME THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE

Absolutely fantastic

I received an email about how I had won an easter basket from them and like everyone probably would be I was sceptical I had never truly won anything before so after doing some research that I was going to be optimistic open minded and give it a shot And boy am I glad I did Not only did it arrive just 2 days later the amount they sent was of such abundance and of top of that the quality was so so good Not a single bad product So I immediately went to order a couple more products to try out and it was the same experience Quick delivery and great products The lady I was communicating with seemed kind as well so based on that I m going to go ahead and assume that the entire company os run by decent people as well Just all around a great experience and I personally don t have a single complaint
