Avoid this company like the plague
This company installs unwanted software changes settings and does not tell the customer what is has done This is not the first time they have done this My friend got their computer back only to find that Outlook had gone as part of office to be replaced with Outlook for Windows One of the email accounts had disappeared and when it was re-instated all of the sub folders had disappeared Why was this series of changes instigated It makes no sense

I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough - absolutely outstanding customer service Mark went above and beyond to try to fix my beaten up old laptop and eventually sorted me out with a new one I really appreciated his patience and perseverance as well as his prompt and consistent communication regarding the issues Thank you so much
