Issues from start to finish

Received vouchers from work for long service Had issues from the start misleading descriptions and bookings And finally poor value for theatre tickets and had to top up I would never recommend red letter days or would never use them

I ordered a Red Letter Day as a leaving gift for a staff member the E-voucher took approximately 4 days to arrive after several chats that were hard work When eventually the voucher arrived it doesn t state the same as the order confirmation Despite further attempts to try and clarify why the voucher and the confirmation do not match once again no response My problem has not been resolved

Wait time is crazy and hidden

The experience we booked is valid for a year and has the option to be extended BUT nowhere did it say that the soonest availability is in 6 months time The anniversary present might as well be for the next occasion and I am stressed looking for other attractions Terrible experience won t ever recommend to anyone

Had two vouchers with red letter days Neither of which existed Customer services only want to exchange for credit and won t refund Absolute joke of a company

Avoid at all cost

No atmosphere in restaurant food sub standard and very little choice kitchen service non existent table service ok Sent complaint to hotel and restaurant neither acknowledged which shows how much they do not value their customers Looking at the previous reviews it has been the same for a few years but Red Letter still selling it WHY

Great Experience but Red Letter Terrible

The experience itself was good but booking through Red Letter was a complicated nightmare Wasn t made obvious of how to access the gift after you enter the codes plus Red Letter seemingly wanted more money for irrelevant things Customer service was needlessly difficult to access as all you have is a chatbot which doesn t put you through to a real person for ages Overall I wouldn t ever book through Red Letter again Would rather go directly to the place I want to use

DO NOT BUYWe were gifted a red letter day to visit the shard and a meal at Pierre White restaurant Fundamentally if was extremely difficult to book and apply the vouchers following instructions online Essentially it was never highlighted that both events were to be booked separately Primarily by the time we realised it was booked for only the restaurant on the day the voucher ran out and was unable to hook the shard The manager we were on a live chat was completely useless wasting out time so that we missed the restaurant booking too with false hope he would relative this issue WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER RES LETTER DAY AGAIN

Nighmare experience

I would give negative rating if there was option as this organization does not deserve even 1 First of all they charge a premium for the booking and it is a nightmare to reach out to customer services I spent voucher worth 250 to book a hotel stay which i could have got for less than 200 elsewhere I wanted to change the date of stay as I was not able to travel due to an injury only to understand it is non cancellable which I understand and non-amendable hard to believe Earlier to contacting RLDs I called the hotel who were happy to change the date subject any differential payment but needed instruction from 3rd party who booked it RLDs agents There is no way you could escalate This sort of organizations must be banned We can t pay to buy stress unbelievable

Got a voucher for my birthday that they no longer offer and do not offer the same experience with the new compnay so i cannot get money back Tried calling thousands of times and spoken on live chat but not getting anywhere and looks like I m going to lose 400 Disgusting company
