Solving a Problem

You were fine but sadly my printer- old like me- failed to print the voucher I needed for my daughters birthday Spa day for two- 135 Could you please send me the voucher I need as I have since been told it may be cheaper to get a new printer than pay the repair cost - as yet unknown If you can do this I will be very pleased and impressed I m sorry that I my printer has caused this problem and apologise Desperately hoping you can help Hoping to hear from you soon Sincerely B Jeffery 26 Steeple Drive Exeter EX2 8FL

Afternoon tea was very pleasant with a really good selection of cakes scones and desserts The environment of the hotel was calming and the surroundings lovely despite the weather Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at put us at ease The admin was very efficient This was a present to me

Excellent day went in three car s although I was not allowed to do any speed never went over 63 mph except when being driven round in the race car which I had to pay another 25 for This was bought for my 70 th birthday but cost me nearly 150 more to have a media package and all the insurance costs

Great couple of days including my birthday at Formby Hall Golf Spa in West Lancashire Luxurious quiet room with fine dining choice of food and two good breakfasts Friendly helpful staff in reception bars and Health spa facilities Met some nice like-minded other guests who were all enjoying their stay there
