I found it very difficult to navigate

I found it very difficult to navigate the website and understand how to book and use my voucher I was given I am 27 and quite tech savvy so couldn t imagine someone who isn t very good with technology being able to easily navigate and book their experience When I did book my experience it took me to the providers website who then chose my treatments for me and it wasn t the original treatments displayed on your website Overall the experience with booking was not great

The value of the seat ticket we had

The value of the seat ticket we had compared to price we paid on red letter days is disappointing The seats were in the back row of the gods cramped and awful Could have paid 28 each but we paid 90 with red letter days

When we got to the hotel we were not booked in The previous owner was still taking bookings although he had left the business We had to pay on the day

Main reception dining area afternoon tea where all great Changing room pool area very tired Only 6 beds all occupied by towels Nowhere to put towels for others Aqua class very noisy for a Spa Day No treatments available as they only have one treatment room to accommodate everyone Not enough beds to accommodate everyone Floor dirty Reception not very enthused smiley Drinking water out in reception no in spa area Shame as this was a birthday treat for both of us

These are pretty inflexible

These are pretty inflexible I also had quite a hard time trying to book the experience it s not at all intuitive and took we more than an hour to get it sorted also theres no way I could see to get help or advice I wouldn t recommend personally

Land Rover Discovery driving experience

The Staff were very good but the Land Rover experience was poor When I got into the 30 year old machine I was told not to come out of 2nd gear not to use the clutch unless it was going to stall The course consisted of a rutted track full of water and rubble with one semi steep descent and one10 metre long deep water section We then proceeded to repeat the course 4 5 times with one slight deviation within the allotted time The experience did not test any skill with no see saw balance and no hill climb to speak of The only challenge was-keeping the steering wheel straight in the rubble filled tracks and to top it all the screeching of the engine noise made the experience less than enjoyable

Couldn t book what we were bought A wine tasting near to our location Nothing similar and had to add a chunk of money to get something worthwhile

The event at Stoneleigh

The event at Stoneleigh Warwickshire 08 03 2024 was fine cars driving experience assistance brilliant Retrieving obtaining photos video long delays in ques waiting to be seen even after photos identified they were not sent by e-mail 3 e-mails 2 phone calls later photos obtained 2 weeks after the event Video Photo prices need to be clearly displayed on site retrieval the sending of photos also needs to be better organised

Your system is hard to follow Banking credit and using the same should not be difficult Virgin Experience is so much easier to use

Please don t use this company Bought as a gift for my husband without looking at the reviews You can t book anything no dates available and all they want is extra money from you to upgrade You can t speak to anybody can t believe this company is allowed to trade Please read reviews before hand
