Not usedthe voucher yet I m hoping it will be OK My only gripe is the collision damage waiver surely if people are going to let other people drive their cars adequate insurance must be in place The cdw is a bit of a scam Not very pleasant for the recipients of a gift to find themselves lumbered with the expense either Will do it this time but won t buy again

Impossible to find the experience you want
I had a voucher for The Ultimate Ferrari Four Car Driving Experience for One but wasn t able to find a venue that offer all 4 on the same day The Red letter days website is difficult to navigate and selecting filters seems to add options rather than narrow down ones search In the end I resorted to calling Red Letter Days to sort out my booking even if they seemed put out that I wasn t able to it online myself

Experience was purchased for what seems now a highly inflated price as can now be purchased for a third of the price Hopefully it will be worth the money Not even a coffee was included as an extra Talk about lining your own pockets

Unable to activate more than one voucher
I bought 4 vouchers for 8 people for the drag brunch experience My problem was the IT glitch that after entering the first voucher details I couldn t seem to enter references and pins for subsequent vouchers as it kept just leading me back to the first voucher receipt However I sorted it with the club by ringing and my them So fingers crossed for a good experience Terrific value for money

Double landing 1 person single landing 2 people
I bought the DOUBLE landing flying lesson for my daughter s birthday which was stated as 2 hours She was desperate to do the longer flight so paid for it Got there today to be told it s only 30 minutes because there is nobody else booked on I paid for a double landing experience My daughter absolutely loved the flying and the pilot was fabulous- very friendly and knowledgable and made her feel totally at ease so 5 stars to him he was amazing HOWEVER- I would absolutely expect half my money back as my daughter feels she only got half the experience on her birthday I am very very disappointed in the service from red letter days more so that on my daughter s birthday she got half of what she was expecting Wouldn t use again simply because of this You can t advertise and sell a product as a double landing for one person ticket then provide 1 landing that s for 2 people Just bonkers She desperately wants to do it again and will maybe now have to go directly through the aircraft company She also did not receive a certificate of completion to evidence her flying time sadly

When everything goes well doubtless all is OK but anything changes or goes wrong and they find a way to wriggle out Not recommended You re much better off going directly with a company add there is then a customer service that is invested in solving a customers problem

My husband bought a 2 night stay in a hotel for us which was a lovely idea However the hotels that were included in the price were awful all the reviews were negative so in the end we had to pay extra for a hotel In the end it cost us an extra 150 for a hotel with breakfast I definitely won t be using redletter days again There doesn t seem to be any advantages with buying a voucher

Too Complex For Me To Use Again
I was bought a voucher as a leaving present from work I had to use my voucher to buy another voucher Using this new voucher you then need to book the experience you want direct with whichever provider and the one you actually want might have restrictions meaning you need to pay extra for when you want or just be unavailable The website isn t very user friendly with a poor search function seems it failed geography at school It is so complex and over-engineered the whole process makes it difficult to want to use again My voucher very nearly expired because I d spent hours looking for something and couldn t face any more And to be clear I m reasonably sharp when it comes to technology

Forgaing experience was cancelled the Monday before the event
We booked in for a foraging experience in Cornwall Pentiddy woods however the Monday before it was booked for the company cancelled We have been able to move our accommodation booking to another date but it was only through goodwill of the host We have managed to get a refund back for the experience and are unsure if we will book more vouchers in the future to re-book the foraging experience

Although I had a good experience in the end it was only due to lots of review into Theatre shows that weren t limited to available seating where restrictions were imposed I will not be doing Red Letter Days again due to the hassle in finding an appropriate Theatre Seat as the only options available are the ones no-one else wants - unless of course more money is spent
