The earrings which cost 34 look really cheap Not worth more than 5 The photo of them is misleading They are absolutely tiny although on the website they appear much larger

Ordered it nearly a month before Christmas and still haven t received it It s past new years Not to mention packages are incredibly hard to track even when trying to follow they re guidelines on how too

Jewellery arrived bent Screwed in the piece got dressed and the front had gone For the price it shouldn t have arrived bent and and completely fallen to pieces the second it is touched Never found the front piece again

I received some earings for Christmas Which did not arrive as advertised On the website they looked much larger The earrings received although very pretty were only big enough to fit a doll I refuse to believe that these earrings would have fitted any adult My parter attempted to return but was advised earrings cannot be returned They have not been warm or tried on nor are they like what was originally ordered We would appreciate contact to refund the value of the item

If I could give them a 0 I would First I ordered jewelry that was suppose to be delivered before Christmas then it was lost in the parcel so they decided to send it to me again I did not receive the jewelry and this is the 2nd time Do not recommend purchasing

I ordered two pairs of earrings and both were huge disappoints given their price Please be aware this company heavily alters their photos 1 I bought these garnet stud earrings In the photos on the website they were pictured as a deep strong red In person the stones were black and extremely dull I thought they had given me onyx earrings instead I email them to inform that the earrings I received were very different than the ones I thought I bought and they asked me to send pictures of the earrings in different lighting as if I d have a constant bright light on my ears lol Either way with a bright light and without one the stones were extremely dark even though they were advertised as a blood red 2 I bought these drop heart earrings PLEASE BE AWARE you re getting a charm and a filmsy extremely thin gold plated hoop Yes - gold plated The hoops are not the usual hoops you get with these sorts of earrings and the charm can easily fall off The hoops are practically wires - do not be fooled by the picture DO NOT BUY FROM REGAL ROSE

Absolutely horrible company they send me a ring that doesn t even fit and tell me it s scratched on arrival and won t refund me exchange the ring or send me the ring back this company is ran by thieves hope it burns to the ground

Terrible Ordered and paid for merchandise on 12 16 never received it let them know on 1 3 and requested a full refund and they said they d respond within 1 day It s 1 10 and I haven t heard anything yet or received a refund

Tracking is to the US is confusing it s been well past the promised 10 business days by almost double tracking never updates until I have to email the company for answers and I STILL haven t received what was supposed to be what could be the last present I receive from my dying father While I understand the holidays making everything hectic there s no reason for this to have been as frustrating as it s been Even if it comes I probably won t even enjoy the damn thing anymore because all I ll think about is what it s taken to get it At this point I would have rather gotten nothing at all

The clips for the earrings weren t good at all after them coming undone multiple times i eventually lost one only got them earlier this week Also the quality wasn t as good as I was expecting in general they were a lot flimsier than expected and the cheap metal that gets discoloured easy They looked cool but massively overpriced and a waste of money after the clip failing
