My butterfly plugs were faulty

My butterfly plugs were faulty which ended up in me losing both my earrings in less than three months I paid a good 35 euros shipping for them Not the cheapest price in these times Customer service was quick but could only compensate me with 25 off my next purchase Very disappointing experience to be honest

Gorgeous designs but unwearable

I ordered multiple rings which fit great and are gorgeous However I also ordered single flatback studs that are labelled as suitable for helix tragus and flat piercings Unfortunately they were unwearable as the stem of the stud is far too short to even thread through to the other side of my piercings I assume I may have received some faulty ones or perhaps I just have thicker cartilage than the average person Quite disappointing

Sizing and return

Rings are beautiful but sizing is awfully weird 3 to 4 ring sizes between the brand sizes So i had to return the rings i got cause of the size return isn t free i wasted 7 to return my entire order cause they re not capable of offering quite good ring sizes really disappointed cause i loved the aesthetic of the brand customer service is really bad

Jewelry doesn t last long

Got my sister a 40 00 septum ring for Christmas and it was broken less than 3 weeks later It stopped clicking into place For a ring that cost that much I d think it was more durable

Great product awful packaging

Honestly not sure how my items didn t arrive damaged Why any company think it s okay to send 70 worth of jewelry jammed inside a small jiffy bag is beyond me Take note improve your packaging

It was the first time I ordered and I suppose from the marketing I expected things to be packaged a bit better or just have a nicer presentation As well I was a bit surprised at the quality The stuff still looks cute but for the price point I probably would look elsewhere for similar quality items

Meh

Not nearly as good quality as in previous years All the bright silver plating looks and feels super cheap and the clasps are not easy to use The darker silver is okay The rings are decent and don t tarnish but still not as nice as they used to be

Was super excited for my first regal

Was super excited for my first regal rose order I check the sizing of the ring but when it arrived it didn t fit the finger in which I intended but that s okay I ll wear it on a smaller one Very disappointed that I ve ordered a choker and it barely fits my neck I m a mid sized woman and i find it disappointing as I thought regal rose would be more inclusive

ALLERGY ALERT

I ve been craving to order something from Regalrose for a while but I couldn t afford it Finally I decided to treat myself for the upcoming birthday with a few pieces Ohhh why did I trust the ad I ve got the infection in my ear even though I wore the piercing for 5 hours only straight away and I can t even describe how disappointed I am I followed the instructions completely yet I had to take the piercing out because of the pain it caused I m still in love with the designs and marketing of their products but I would highly recommend to double check before ordering if you re allergic

Beautiful designs questionable quality

Ordered three items one ring and two earrings All three have beautiful designs as depicted in the shop though the hoops of the earrings leave much to be desired Especially the smaller hoops Design Cupid Armor are not recommendable unless you want to lose your earrings quickly One of them arrived bent for me and doesn t close at all However even the one that seems to be working as intended isn t very secure It s a shame because the designs are very beautiful and it s simply a bother at this price point to have to go and buy other hoops first to be able to wear them
