Misleadingly small earrings cheap hardware

The earrings I ordered are extremely small and the ear ring is very cheap Pictures of the sizes on the website are misleading I bought 2 pairs of earrings and they are on a tiny flimsy metal ring that is very difficult to close I will probably buy my own ear rings to use and mount them on so I can still wear them durably The necklaces are slightly better but not worth the overall price even with the black friday discount

Used to be great but now they seem to just make jewellery that s far too heavy for piercings and will just do damage long term Makes the service experience frustrating because you receive the item realise before wear that you can t wear it and then they can t accept the return because it s a pierced item even though it was never sealed to begin with

I made an order on New years and my shipping status didn t update for 3 weeks before it said the package was going back to Regal Rose At that point I just canceled my order I have been waiting a long time to buy from this brand and was really disappointed but the return representative was very helpful with processing my refund I appreciated her help

Know it s Christmas Know everyone s on strike But the cost and delivery service was dismal for such a tiny item Four dates time and excuse s Problem in your area driver couldn t make it Sorry we missed you when I was in all day especially Finally delivered way after Christmas by a very delightful cheerful young man must have a harsh word with Santa for next year

LUCIA Spiked Chain Necklace

I bought the LUCIA Spiked Chain Necklace and the product looks cheap unpolished and not as high quality as it does in the picture Not only that but the pendant is a completely different shade of silver than the chain that it came with so it looks like I ve just stuck a cheap fake silver piece of jewellery on a decent quality chain This was supposed to be a gift and i am extremely disappointed

Completely Misleading Advert

ORDER No 683991 appalled at your misleading advert I ordered amethyst earingS described as earingS even your video quite clearly shows a PAIR of earingS imagine my disappointment when I gave this to my daughter for her birthday and the package contains 1 earing Begrudgingly I ve had to order another earing that has cost me another 26 plus postage even though your advert says FREE postage Really disappointed I won t use you again buyers beware

Beautiful item BUT

Beautiful item BUT I ordered this for my husband I ordered the XL he wears a size 10 on his ring finger This ring didn t fit on his pinky Was soooo disappointed in such a beautiful product

Told sterling silver staining skin is common

I ordered a few rings all sterling silver and the twisted midi stained my finger after 2 days of not wearing it there is still a stain on my finger When I reach out to customer service about a refund I was told it s normal common for sterling silver to stain due to moisture and ph levels as someone who s always worn silver and never had it stain I want s refund only giving 2 stars instead of 1 as the 3 other rings i bought and beautiful and much better quality but disappointed with their customer service response

HEART SOUL DANGLY HEART HOOP EARRINGS

Their HEART SOUL Garnet Dangly Heart Hoop Earrings are impossibly too small to fit through a regular earring lobe piercing The hoop is too short to reach through my earlobe and doesn t emerge out of the other side so I am entirely unable to wear these 50 earrings AND they don t take returns on piercings so I m out 50 I have no idea how their manufacturer created such tiny earrings and expects them to be usable Edited to add it seems like a scam that Regalrose can just sell faulty unusable items that have dimensions unsuitable for humans to wear and then claim not to allow refunds do to hygiene reasons I ll never buy earrings from them again
