Andrew and his team completed a hip to gable loft coversion on our home that created a dream come true for our children they wanted their own bedrooms in time for Christmas and thanks to Regencys hard work and dedication to us they got thier wish granted in time which meant everything to us We had questioned having a loft conversion for years but I m so glad we did its much better than we ever expected Andrew is a top man and was professional respectful and hardworking Andrew is skilled and knowledgeable which meant that we were able to trust his judgement and expertise and relax knowing the project would be perfect and to a very high standard Thank you again Regency

Andy Bond came to quote for the replacement of my old velux windows I found him to be honest friendly extremely polite and very professional We set a date for the works and they arrived on time The 2 velux windows are fantastic they worked really hard on the day and cleaned the room throughly before they left I m more than delighted with the service product and workmanship Thanks Andy

We had our loft built by Regency in June 22 Andy provided us with different options and designs he also gave us a 3d video so we could visualise our finished loft space The build went smoothly and even though we requested some changes and additions it was finished ahead of schedule The lads were great friendly and respectful of our home I recommend them

High quality throughout

We had a complicated double velux window replacement in a Victorian property with automated closing and blinds included Andy kept us well informed throughout and make sure the work was delivered to a high quality All waste was removed and additional cleaning organized The work took some time but the weather really didn t help and Andy and team are in demand It is worth being patient for a great outcome

Regency recently completed a part build dormer loft conversion for us Andy has a wealth of knowledge and is a perfectionist when it comes to the finer details Regency went the extra mile and included additional work as a good will gesture when the job went slightly over schedule The whole service was professional including the plans they also appointed building control which was one less thing to arrange We would highly recommend the team and would use for future developments
