We recently completed a massive renovation with iLoft and we couldn t be happier with the results The project included A garage extensionA stunning loft conversion with an en-suite bathroom and other beautiful bathrooms throughout the house A full basement excavation a whopping 27 sq ft A complete internal layout restructure to create a spacious open-plan living area Overall 800 sq foot was added to the house iLoft impressed us from start to finish They were incredibly Fast and Efficient They finished the project right on schedule and would have been even earlier if not for our mid-project changes Clean and Organized They minimized disruption by keeping the workspace clean and tidy Professional and Responsive Even with unforeseen challenges they found creative solutions that met our needs and stayed within budget Leo the project manager deserves special recognition He communicated clearly and regularly throughout the entire project He was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had Even after completion their after-care service has been excellent Leo is always just a phone call away and has been happy to help with minor snags Overall iLoft made a major renovation feel manageable and stress-free They transformed our home and we can t recommend them highly enough Would we use them again Absolutely

Exceeded our expectations

iLoft recently built a loft extension in our small Victorian 2 bed terrace Initially we were concerned about the amount of space we would be able to achieve as our roof was the lowest height it is possible to do a loft conversion and we did not have a landing already on the first floor It turns out we had nothing to worry about as iLoft are clearly experts in what they do They were able to achieve a really spacious double bedroom ensuite walk-in cupboard and freed up loads of extra storage in the eaves We had to lose some of the second bedroom on the first floor to build a corridor but it is still a bright and spacious room We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and it really has transformed our home They have created so much light up there too We cannot recommend iLoft more highly All work was done to exceptional standards communication was great and we had Elvis who was our project manager and kept us up-to-date every step of the way We really liked the payment plan which had a clear breakdown of what to pay and when It made us confident that we were not expected to pay the majority up front iLoft has a team of all different tradesmen who come in at the right time to avoid delays We were blown away at the speed they completed the work - 7 weeks in total All workmen were friendly tidy professional clearly worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing You could tell they made a big effort to be as clean as possible Elvis Simona Leo and their brother are really a kind lovely and efficient team If we ever needed work done again in the future we would go to iLoft without hesitation

I highly recommend Iloft I had a loft conversion done back in 2019 They done such a great job very professional The aftercare is also amazing just a couple of weeks ago I had a leak from my shower in the loft that was coming through to the downstairs bedroom I called them to let them know They sent someone straight away to fix it and also patched up and painted my ceiling in my bedroom downstairs Really happy with the service they provide You will not be disappointed with the workmanship and professionalism that they provide

Having never undertaken any major building work before it was essential that we used builders who were able to steer us through the process from start to finish iloft were proactive in putting us through to an architect who drew up plans quickly and helped us to submit them for planning permission iloft gave clear information about all the stages involved in our loft conversion and this transparent approach was very helpful for our budgeting iloft are very well connected in the industry and put us in touch with local suppliers for fixtures and fittings We have a small baby and so appreciated them completing the loft two weeks earlier than planned and leaving our property tidy at each stage of the build I highly recommend ilfot

Reliability and work quality is superb

Iloft did a beautiful loft conversion

Iloft did a beautiful loft conversion for me last year There were problems at the start due to the structural engineering reports my architects had done However Elvis the project manager did his very best to overcome the issues Iloft of course use a variety of workers to do the various elements of the project Some were absolute craftsmen and did an outstanding job Any that I was not completely happy with Elvis always listened to my concerns and acted upon them They were fair about extra costs and had a give and take attitude All in all a thoroughly professional company which I can recommend
