Amazing company

We purchased from this wonderful company when they very first started up and were called Sumo I messaged them a question prior to buying my goods about 1am and was surprised when it was replied to straight away This was the owner of the business who explained that he struggled with sleeping which is why he designed this weighted blanket as it helped him We went on chatting and he reassured me that he would do everything in his power to make my purchase work for me He was brilliant and I cannot fault this company s customer service one little bit Now I can t guarantee that you will get the boss when you message anymore as they have obviously grown alot since then but their ethics will remain the same this I have no doubt of You won t be disappointed with the quality of their goods either top notch Please note that the below date of our experience isn t correct as there isn t an option for 2018

Great product and service - yet again

I d ordered the pod 2 0 in December and the order arrived on time for Christmas albeit in a different colourway A prompt email explaining supply issues and delivery of a cover in the right colour soon followed and I can t fault the product or the customer service I experienced even at what was likely a very busy period over Christmas I d emailed enquiring about the pod colour but had missed the email already sat in my inbox from Remy explaining I am in no way affiliated with the company apart from buying to my experience anyway great products from Weighted blankets the covers the pod to the Hugger To add- the blankets and covers really have stood the test of time so a great sleep Self care investment

I ve ordered a few times from Remy and can say that their products are of high quality The service has always been good for me albeit delivery has been slow on the last occasion of ordering but when I contacted them about this they got back to me straight away Can t ask for anymore really

I recently reported on here having a problem with Remy Sleep After my review they contacted me And not only have they sorted out my problem but they have gone above and beyond I am now an even more committed customer They didn t need to be so kind but they were anyway Thank you

After reading some not so great reviews online I WhatsApp d and chatted with Gabriel he put my mind at ease and gave me all the info I needed My Pod 2 arrived within a couple of days and is great quality and really comfy My daughter is pretty much living in it now Thanks Gabriel
