Do not purchase anything from the RepairClinic Their unreasonable return policy states that you cannot return a part once you ve installed it WITHOUT ANY USE It will end up costing you more in the long run to pay for the part pay for the shipping to receive the part and pay for the shipping to return the part because it does not resolve your issue Do NOT patron this site or company

Check prices before buying they are overpriced If they send the wrong part good luck trying to return it Check out the many other 1 star reviews I am highly skeptical of the 5 star reviews Best advice would be to take whatever part number you need and then purchase from a reliable well-known website that you can trust

Do not go through the process of buying anything from RepairClinic com They mailed me the wrong part and when it s time to return the product the shipping cost more than the actual parts and they will not reimburse for shipping even if it s their fault from mailing you the wrong parts They do not even deserve 1 star as far as I m concerned Customer service is a joke

Horrible agents and managers

The employees and amangers here are horrible I spoke to disrespectful and rude employees so I requested to speak to a manager But it turns out that the manager was even more rude The company provides awful service but its customer service is even worse I don t recommend this company at all

Never ever trust this awful company and its HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Don t make the same mistake that I did which is trusting this company with my orders It turns out that it has one of the most rude and disrespectful customer service representatives and the overall service of the company is poor as well

Untrustworthy Ordered part did not work sent it back would not provide refund told me they would throw the part out if I didn t pay for shipping again for the third time overcharged for part in the first place over charge for shipping in the first place all Floridians stay away from this company

Ridiculously INCAPABLE of helping customers

I was transferred around a couple of times and was put ON HOLD of an hour without resolving the issue Saying their customer service was horrible is an UNDERSTATEMENT If there s a more awful word that that then that could be it There was no manager to talk to not even a supervisor who could help This company is ridiculously INCAPABLE of helping customers

Easiness is all there is

The only good thing about this company is that the tasks are very easy and can be done quickly So if you only want a consistent subpar paycheck for minimal effort then this company is for you But if you want a better salary and long-term career growth and advancement then you ll better off working on another company because this one does not offer any of that If only the jobs weren t too easy I don t think anyone would want here longer than a few months
